St Francis Veterinary Hospital

I absolutely love St Francis Vet!! Dr. Dillon and the team are amazing. They always treat Star with so much care and they are just a blessing to me, especially since I’ve been taking care of my brother‘s cat. He passed away four years ago and Star and I have been the best of friends and I couldn’t be more thankful to St Francis for everything!!

Today we had to send our girl to the Rainbow Bridge. I can honestly say that this facility treated us with kindness, compassion, and respect. When I called to make the appointment, Wendy was very sympathetic to me, listened to me and all of my concerns. She gave me multiple choices and we went with the private cremation. The staff were all so very kind. When and if we decide to get another furbaby we will definitely be coming here. I was impressed by their professionalism and care. Edited to add photos, today I picked up our girl's cremains, I was surprised to find a beautiful box with her name on it, he paw prints and an ornaments. I cannot express how much I am impressed by the kindness.

Dr. Dillon and the entire staff are awesome! Their prices are good and the quality of care is amazing! I wish that I had switched all my animals from Temperance Animal Hospital to St. Francis years ago!

I can't praise Dr Dillon's practice enough. After our move to Perrysburg Township, a drive to Sylvania seemed a bit much. So we settled for a veterinarian Corporation in town. We were never happy w/vets who concentrated on themselves, rather than the precious animals they were to serve. My dog went for 8 years just for vaccinations. My dog was limping, not walking or jumping up as he always had in the past. My first thought was take him for exam by Dr Dillon. His staff worked us in, waiting only a few days to be seen. Dr Dillon explained a simple treatment plan to begin, with other options available if the symptoms do not resolve within 2 weeks. I trust in Dr Dillon's opinion & his practice.

I scheduled an appointment for a stray I took in. I showed up on the day, 20 mins prior to appointment, to be told that my appointment was for a date I never scheduled it for, at a time I would never schedule it for. There were no solutions offered. I was simply told too bad. They didn’t offer to reschedule or fit me in anywhere. I won’t be returning.

I had to recently take my siblings dog in for what I thought was a routine ear infection. I was then told she was very sick with a cancerous tumor. Dr. Tony and Dr Dillon were incredibly compassionate and caring and helped us make the decision that needed to be made. Casey had also been the dogs groomer and sent the kindest d of sympathy to my brother. The DoctorsCasey the groomer and anll the staff are truly wonderful and we highly recommend them and appreciate them!

It was wonderful we felt at peace no regrets definitely recommend for end of life care
