Drs are great and most will go above and beyond for clients on special income. The drs are caring and kind. Staff only a select few are nice and caring. But others lie and tell one-sided stories and since they are privately owned they can do whatever they want without reason or explanation. They refuse to give owners information when requested. They are disrespectful to clients and when asked for things they get it incorrectly and they refuse to listen. They took advantage of a disabled person and they are refusing to apologize for their actions and behavior. Do not bring them your pets. Go to a place where they treat everyone equally instead of nitpicking them. I was treated disrespectfully yesterday for no apparent reason. 1 out of 5 stars now. I would have given them 5 if they didn’t treat me disrespectfully.

What a wonderful experience! The girls loved everyone at the vet clinic and were super relaxed in the room. You can really tell everyone loves dogs here, the girls don't have the best manners and they loved them and didn't mind the jumping and kisses. Usually Mila and Cargo are panting and pacing when they went to the vet clinic before. The Vet we had was super honest and explained everything they were going to do and addressed the concerns I had. Our tech Dan was great also, Cargo abd Mila loved him! I'm really happy my girls are now under the care of such kind nice people. 💕 thank you for the great experience!

All of our experiences here have been great, but we especially love Dr. Victoria! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and goes above and beyond to answer all your questions thoroughly! She has been wonderful to our sweet golden retriever Mahalo and has been such a great resource to us as first time pet owners! It warms our heart to see the way Dr. Victoria truly enjoys interacting with her patients, getting down on the ground, and enjoying puppy kisses! We love going to the vet because we know our girl will be loved on and well taken care of! Thank you so much for all you do!!

Stow Falls pet clinic has always given me a pleasant experience. The person who answers the phone is so very helpful and sweet. I have 2 Australian Shepherds and can use all the help I can get! The Duo are not there often, but when they are the staff are attentive to their needs. Have a Blessed day to all the staff.

I have taken my animals here since they opened. I switched from there other hospital for convenience. The Girls are great. We have the most understanding doctor who took so much time to listen and exam my 12 year old Dane mix to help give him some pain relief and work out a weightloss plan to help him out as well. She asked me to let people know how my dogs have no tartar on their teeth at 10 and 12 years old and the product is not horribly high in calories so he can still have his bone every night so I am attaching a picture. My dogs won't eat anything besides this brand.

They love my babies so much. The best care possible!

I take our Siberian husky and sun conure and have done so since the beginning. The staff are pleasant, well-trained, compassionate, caring and I could go on and on. My animals never get jittery when they see the building now. Another sign of loving people. I highly recommend this establishment for all your pets medical needs.
