Very nice! The employees were kind and helpful. The entire time I was asked if they could help me find something? I said, im just having a look and stated that I have never heard of the store brand before and was curious about your shelf products. The would say, OH go ahead, take your time.

What an amazing kind group of people working there! Unfortunately we had to put our dog down , the staff was amazing and so kind. No only did they send us a card but gave us a bit of his fur. Best experience!

The staff at primary pet care is amazing. They were so supportive and caring with our dog Zeus and after he was euthanized we received a card from them. Also they treated our other dog and were so supportive. Will never go anywhere else.

Was able to make appt. at a time that wasn't inconvenient. When I showed up, waiting time was minimal. My dogs issue was resolved and fully explained to me by medical tech. Checked out was quick n easy. Overall, all staff was very friendly and helpful.

Scheduling was incredibly easy, I didn’t have to wait at all upon arrival. The tech we worked with was friendly and helpful and the vet was equally as wonderful. They walked through all of the treatment options and explained everything thoroughly. I have a senior dog who was a bit nervous and they were so kind and caring with her. I was extremely happy with our experience and will absolutely be going back.
