Dr. Wilson and his team have been caring for my bulldogs for more than a decade, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and genuinely compassionate. Their pricing is very fair and competitive, and they always take the time to explain treatment options and answer questions. Most importantly, they truly care about their patients and the families who love them. Over the years, they have consistently provided exceptional care for my dogs, and I have complete confidence in their recommendations and expertise. Dr. Joswick spent a lot of time with myself and Moose, it was so surprising to me because normally you are lucky to get 5-10 minutes of the doctor/vets time. I did not feel rushed in any way and she answered all of my questions and concerns about my adopted pup. It was refreshing to have such care and attention. I will absolutely be bringing my other adopted fur baby Chloe to the Animal Clinic as well. Thank you so much, I will also be referring your clinic to all of my friends.

I took my kitty Meadow in on St. Patrick’s day because she was throwing up and having seizures. I’ve never seen such urgency by staff in getting Meadow induced and treated. As soon as they saw her she was immediately rushed to the back and I got a private room within 5 minutes with no appointment or anything. Staff was extremely empathetic and definitely seemed like they actually cared about animals unlike a lot of other vets. I unfortunately had to put Meadow down and they were so caring about it and guided me through the process. Afterwards, they prepared a nice bag containing ink paw print and nose prints, and a signed card by every staff expressing their sympathy. I’ve never had to put an animal down before and it was an awful experience but Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights made it easier. I’m not sure how I could’ve handled things without their support and care. Thank you to all staff who were there for me and helped care for Meadow. I know if I ever have another animal, I’ll be going to you guys 🙂 Here’s a picture of my baby Meadow

I cannot say enough about this clinic. From the initial contact when my Davina got sick, to the very end when I had to let her go, the doctor and staff were beyond reproach helping me through it! Thank you to everyone that helped me get through my difficult time, and even more importantly making my little girls final day comfortable! You are all angels!! #runfreelittlegirl 🙏

When our new to us puppy started having knee problems, we immediately took her to our new vet. They diagnosed patella luxation. We then went straight to our old place Dr. Wilson. The new vet we use is fine for fitting us in for mild things like uti or what -have-you, but we knew Dr. Wilson was where we wanted to be when we needed major surgery. He had a great career and we will miss him, but the place hasn't skipped a beat. They are still very kind and compassionate, and we are happy staying with them! Love the website updates as well which I'm sure came with the transition.

I've been using Dr Wilson clinics ever since I got my first dog about 25 years ago. I've ALWAYS been more than pleased with all of their services and staff. I've had everything done there including well yearly visits to amputations and euthanasia. The staff was always extremely cordial, efficient knowledgeable and willing to help never acting irritated or put off by the questions you ask or help you need. All the veterinarians I have had were excellent. Dr Wilson himself recently did a hind leg amputation on my 14 year old Maltipom and he was back to running around on his own a week later without any complications or drawn out processes. Dr Wilson is one of those people that gives you a calming feeling no matter how bad the situation. I would and have recommended ACSH to everyone. I would give them a 10 if the scale went that high. I always felt safe taking my dogs to this clinic!!!

Yes you wait a bit, but the Doctors are top notch. They’re the benchmark of what veterinarians should be. They’re gentle and very thorough. Dr Wilson is outstanding. He’s incredibly patient, asks good questions, and has good advice. I don’t care that I have to wait in the lobby. I know when it’s my turn that my pet and I will have all the time we need with the Doctor. The bad reviews on the office staff are ridiculous. There are about 6-7 behind the counter, all busy. They all seemed nice. Perhaps someone had a bad moment. I didn’t see any type of turn-off behavior.
