Best veterinary clinic I’ve been to 😁 You can tell everyone there loves animals. Maris the receptionist was awesome and super helpful when I called. I asked her about pricing prior to coming in and she was right on the money with the estimate and what tests my cat would likely need. The vet assistants/techs were great and friendly as well. The Dr. was amazing and really compassionate, he had me stand by my cat where she could see me while he was drawing her blood to ease her discomfort. The visit was quick & efficient, they were able to diagnose my hairy angel quickly and it was all very reasonably priced. Really happy with my visit overall and I’ll be coming back in the future!

Went in yesterday with my parents dog after a family friend told me about this clinic and the care she received was so insanely different to when my sister would take her to these big franchise clinics, Dr bill made me feel so much better and helped my worries go down and throughly explained how he would help my dog. Meris was also very sweet and talked to my stepdad while I was in the room with our dog and Dr bill, also love their little office dog she/he was so cute lol. My dog loved Dr bill and kept trying to give him kisses lol so if she’s happy I’m happy

Dr Hamilton and his staff are the best! Very caring and compassionate. We’ve taken our cats there since we moved to Meadows Place in 2005. We highly recommend them!

I enjoyed the vet visit very much. I brought my cat to Dr. Hamilton because I suspected she had feline cystitis which comes with lots of crying. Dr. Hamilton was knowledgeable and kind. He explained my cat’s situation very well and once he explained it, my cat looked at him as if she understood what he was saying and agreed. She was very at ease with him. He gave her shots and prescribed one medication to sprinkle in her food which is much easier than chasing around my apartment and holding her down to give her medicine. The best vet I’ve been to in Houston! Edit: she ended up needing a bladder stone removal surgery. She’s doing better now. Here she is looking at the bladder stone. we’re both happy with the results 🙂

Dr. Hamilton was a 5 star 🌟 person, he give me calm with my little princess. We went after 2 days of throwing up, and he did examination and blood test. And we are following a treatment, hoping my little Kurama to feel better. Assisted by a lovely nurse 😍( also, i saw kittens for adoption). The front desk lady is such an angel. My visit was really good and all the staff is very kind. ITS WAS A SUNDAY 5.15pm visit, THANK YOU ALL!!

This is the best vet in town, Dr Billl and Merris and all the stuff are always so kind and caring with both pets and clients I have been a client there for years and never had a single issue, my pets and I love them. Here is a pic of my 5 pups (regular vet clients) and my cats (clients as wells)

2026 update: 4 emergency visits in the last year & this vet is the best I've ever been to. At every level. Dr. Bill, Ms. Maris. *Exceptional* care, highly recommend this animal clinic without hesitation. The level of pet care & expertise is phenomenal at every level, matched only by the compassion and kindness for the human parents 🐾. Dr. Hamilton is a precious gift. Ms. Maris is amazing & so caring & compassionate triaging intake & administration. All the techs are kind and loving, & it all trickles down from the top, Dr. Hamilton & Ms. Maris. This practice & clinic is a rare find. Hands down, highly recommend, including 911 care on a Sunday. Yes, he opens Sundays to save us & our pets from being gouged by an emergency hospital!
