VEG ER for Pets

I had an excellent experience with this veterinary clinic and am so grateful for the outstanding care my dachshund, Mozzie, received. Dr. Beshir was incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood every step of Mozzie’s care and treatment. His professionalism and genuine concern for my dog gave me great peace of mind. I would also like to thank Sierra and Brittany for being so loving, gentle, and caring with Mozzie. They made both of us feel comfortable and supported throughout the visit. I especially appreciated being able to stay with my dog the entire time, which meant a lot to me. And Kevin also. The entire team was attentive, patient, and transparent, explaining everything clearly from start to finish. The level of care and compassion we received exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.

I had to bring my dog to VEG ER for the first time after it was recommended by our regular vet, and I’m so grateful we did. The staff was incredibly kind and reassuring during a stressful situation. The facility is clean and welcoming, and they even offered me a bed to stay overnight with my dog. They provided frequent updates and were very transparent about pricing. You can tell the team genuinely cares about the animals they treat. I highly recommend VEG St. Pete.

Honestly, applause for everyone on the team for doing what they do best ^-^ I want to absolutely thank Dr. Davidson for everything. For quickly speaking with me on the phone initially to get everything rolling, to then seeing my boy right as we walked through the doors. She took care great in determining his condition (abscess in the paw) and assessing it without hesitation. Very friendly and just an awesome individual to have on the team who you can tell truly thrives to see animals through these hardened moments. She was incredible and I thank you so much! A major thank you also going to Elijah as well; he is overall a great guy to have on the team when your furry or scaled little one is not in the best of shape. Elijah was incredibly friendly, cordial and informative on their procedures at this hospital, how to follow up on Milo's treatment(s) and just keeping such a positive energy throughout the entire process. So again, huge props go to everyone ^-^ but especially Dr. Davidson and Elijah. Thank you! (my boy is a little knocked out after his visit but he's doing so much better already with having that abscess addressed) 🖤

I brought my kitty into the ER around 1 AM in a complete panic, and the entire team immediately jumped into action. Every nurse was on point from the second we walked in. They made sure she was as comfortable, safe, and calm as possible while moving quickly to treat her. Olivia and Sierra were especially incredible. They were so kind, patient, and understanding, they took the time to explain everything clearly & helped us figure out the best treatment plan possible. Dr. Manning & her team are absolutely incredible and compassionate people.

As soon as I walked in the doors with my kitty, we were welcomed & immediately tended too. The entire team was efficient & made me feel so comfortable the entire time, from start to finish. I was terrified, but the staff made me feel calm & like I was in the best hands. They told me I was always welcome to be present when they were working with him/doing tests. They offered me water/tea/snacks & a place to sleep (since he was staying overnight). I won’t go anywhere else next time I need emergency care for my kitty! Highly recommend this place. We brought Darwin, our mini wire-haired dachshund, to VEG ER when he was in pain and we didn’t know what to do. The care we received was amazing from start to finish. Friendly greeting, quick attention, and clear, concise communication throughout. After a full exam and some meds, he immediately started feeling better. Since then, he’s fully recovered and back to his mischievous self. Thank you to the entire team for the incredible care and compassion!

I recently visited with my bunny, Jolene, in a difficult moment. Since I called ahead, they were ready and brought us right into a private room, where I stayed with her until the end. I’ve never had such a genuinely kind experience. They made me feel like I’d been known forever. Afterward, I saw their open floor plan where pets and people stay together. I know I will always trust them with any future emergencies.
