This veterinary clinic took amazing care of me and my cat! please do not be deterred by the recent reviews of this establishment!! they are very affordable and very helpful, I took my cat for a neuter in early november, prior to that we did vaccines, blood work, etc, which i had absolutely no issues with. time frames for all appts and surgery were fantastic, i was even able to pick him up early from surgery, healing process and incision site looked just fine and has healed just fine. also your $40 to book your appt goes towards what you are doing in that appt! i have never had any issues getting in contact, booking an appt, or asking any questions. Thank you guys for everything!!
I adopted my dog about two months ago from the SPCA. Other than one repeat vaccine she was up to date on everything. I came in to establish care about a month ago and had a stand in vet. It took over an hour waiting to be seen. During the appointment, the vet mentioned the special on nexguard. I had an additional dose and mentioned I would call back to purchase some once it ran out. I called today because I bought some on Chewy and just needed the prescription. I was told that because it was a stand in vet I would have to book another visit, get/pay for another heart worm test (Eventhough she had one in August) before I could get a prescription. The office staff were not the friendliest and really didn’t care about me explaining how I was just there and they offered me the treatment. Due to wait times, professionalism and price gouging I will never return. Go somewhere else. Yes, the 40$ visit in this economy is nice but it’s a waste of time and loads of frustration for them to do the right thing.
Very friendly vet and staff, took my puppy for heartworm prevention, and my 8 year old white cat for a check-up. Very happy and would highly recommend. They also have a rescue, which is no kill, and they are affordable and non profit, they run vaccine clinics too. It's just an all-around great place.
After a terrifying experience at a local emergency vet where we were told our dog might have cancer and given an $8,000+ estimate, we decided to seek a second opinion at Pet Pals. While they can be a bit difficult to get a hold of initially, the care we received was worth the wait. Unlike the first clinic, the team here actually listened to our concerns and focused on the immediate issue: a large, infected mass. They performed blood work, a biopsy, and drained the area—all for under $500, including her medications and flea prevention. Most importantly, they gave us hope instead of a death sentence. We finally feel like we have a clear path to getting our girl healthy again. Highly recommend for honest, compassionate care.
My dog is a current patient, and I’ve now called 7+ times (left vms) and filled out the online form requesting an appointment with no callbacks. Originally needed an appointment for an annual check up, now I can’t even get my dog in for a possible ear infection. While the prices are great, go somewhere else because you will not be able to get a hold of this vet office.
Most affordable spot for care! Have been going here for years. Recently moved and got a new vet, they quoted me $500 for fixing my new puppy. Petpal said they would do it for $150!!! And got an appointment the following week for it. Love you guys!!
Staff was super friendly and great with my gentle giant. We did experience an issue with some printed instructions not being accurate, but the owner was very attentive to the issue and made us feel as though this was an error that has been easily resolved since being brought to their attention. Hoping to update to a 5 star review once we attend our next appointment.
