The staff here are always so kind and go out of their way to answer our questions and concerns about our kittens. They do such a great job at making them feel welcome

I brought my dog in because he cut his paw. I originally took him to beacon, but they were very backed up, but they did take a look at him but because he was uncomfortable I decided to come here. They came in to give me my estimate told me it would be $2500 last time with the old Vet at fourth Street charged me $900. I was told I couldn’t do the procedure without some" Mandatory" line items That were not mandatory the last time. After I declined their financing option, they brought me to the front to tell me it was going to be $70 for a sick visit when I asked why I was being charged for the estimate. He told me the doctor gave an exam when the doctor never did anything to take off the bandage, and I had put on my dog and left me without a bandage now. Update- Still 1 star. Went 20 blocks up to partridge they did the same thing for $570. Lady at the front desk is a rude cat lady. Vet tech with the tattoos is cool. She’s the only one that cares

The veterinary care you received here is top notch. It is very easy to book an appointment. They communicate clearly about costs and will help you see what care they can provide within your budget. I have three pets (two cats one dog). My dog is leash reactive to other dogs. They are wonderful at minimizing her exposure to other dogs. I can call when I arrive (usually 15-30 minutes early) so they can let me know when I can bring her straight back to a room and a wonderful very tech kept her company while I paid/scheduled a follow up for one of my cats. Pet tax pictures were taken at their last appointments.

My cat was taken there. She had surgery on February 27. She passed away during the night and I found her this morning. I was told nothing but good things when I went to pick her up after her surgery they said her oxygen levels were good. her blood work was good. I was told to bring her back in 3 to 5 days. She had an infection from what to understand from a cat bite. They put a couple tubes in her leg to drain whatever infection was in there, but she had been taking antibiotics for 2 1/2 three weeks prior to the surgery. I am very sad and very disappointed because I had no idea that something like this was gonna happen I was never told that there was a chance or a risk and I hope people read this and be very cautious to take their pet there for surgery.

I highly recommend 4th Street Pet Hospital for your furry companions. My Scottish Fold Winston Purhill has been treated for a UTI blockage by Dr. Munoz and her caring team. The staff in this center are personable, professional, caring, encouraging and efficient. I appreciate them all so much in healing Winston from his condition. Winston is really chill around the staff members, you can tell he likes hanging out with the vet, vet assistants and receptionist. 🙂 Everyone here has been so patient with Winston’s healing journey. I absolutely love the hand written card that I received in the mail from 4th Street Pet Hospital! I feel that personal connections and hand written cards are a lost art these days but 4th Street Pet Hospital knows how to make time for their clients. I will be taking my Bedlington Cloud and shelter cat Salem to this vet for their exams and flea meds. You have a loyal customer forever!! 🙂 Here are some photos of Winston’s recovery journey! This vet paired with Beacon ER saved my precious boy’s life and provided him comfort. I am so happy that I get to enjoy more time with Winston. Now he happily eats a lot more, snoozes on my bed, sleeps by me, gazes outside by the window, and chases lazer toys around.

As I write it brings me to tears how grateful I am for DR. Tara and the staff here! I came in with my puppy who had a medical emergency. I was distraught, the team ran to the door to grab my puppy as I rushed in hysterical. They consoled me, gave me water and gave my pup the immediate attention needed. They were thorough about his treatment and was more than willing to work out the most affordable treatment plan. I’m forever thankful for saving my pup

Today we had to put our dog down, and they took very good care of us. They didn’t charge us since we had to go to an emergency clinic. They did an amazing job and we appreciate them a lot.
