Review of Arcade Animal Hospital I am writing this in response to a review where someone stood up for an employee who I find to be unprofessional. She darts dirty looks, rolls her eyes, and exaggerates situations around her. I am happy for you that you have had a positive experience. I am also happy to share that I have found another animal hospital, as this change has been on my mind for quite some time now. It is great that Lexi is professional with you — I would certainly hope so, as that is likely how she is keeping her job. However, with other clients, she is rude, darts looks, exaggerates, and is antagonizing. Please note — if my intention were to make a public attack, I would have included the other three separate incidents involving this specific customer service representative. I chose not to. Good luck in your future endeavors with Lexi. I suspect I will be reading more reviews about her behavior in the future. That addition actually strengthens your review — it shows restraint and makes clear you are speaking from multiple real experiences. Would you like any other changes?

There are genuinely no words for the absolutely wonderful service at Arcade Animal Hospital. Dr. Jane has been seeing our pets for years. Our dog Butch loved Dr. Jane as soon as he met her, and he did until he passed at almost 17. Our dog Valkyrie is nervous, but she still gives Dr. Jane more love than she does with most people. We recently inherited our dog Thumper, and Dr. Jane was there for her the very same day she got a leg injury. Now my cat Bellatrix has recently been diagnosed with diabetes, and there is literally no way I would have been able to navigate this without Dr. Jane. Bellatrix needs twice-daily insulin and consistent glucose testing, and at the beginning of treatment she needs to be seen pretty often. Dr. Jane has not only cared for her so carefully, but has also researched cost-saving options for me. I’ve never once been judged for mistakes while learning how to manage Bellatrix’s care, and I’ve always been greatly encouraged for the effort I’ve put in. I have never seen a vet offer such fair prices for their services either. I am so deeply grateful for Arcade Animal Hospital, and as long as they’re open, I would never trust my little babies with anyone else. 🐾

Dr. Jane is an absolutely wonderful veterinarian, and she has a fantastic team that she works with. The negative reviews you see here are mostly people arriving late and being denied service - this is a small clinic and timing/being timely is extremely important for any clinic, let alone a clinic with more limited staff/appointments. Everyone I have ever worked with from Arcade Animal Hospital has been lovely, and I’ve been working with them since 2018. Truly, from my heart - please do not let some negative reviews (left by people who didn’t show up to their appointments on time), prevent you from getting the fantastic care for your animal(s) that this veterinary clinic provides and has to offer.

Dr. Jane and the crew at Arcade Animal Hospital are fantastic❣️ I couldnt of been referred to a better place and the best humans I have ever met. If your looking for a Vet and facility, there is no better place than this. Caring, compassionate, and they go above and beyond nkt only for your fur babies but for you as well..

Hands down one of the best Vet clinics I’ve been to! My cat Jack LOVES Dr. Jane so much. Staff is also always super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them

I’m a new client and extremely happy with how they’ve treated my kitty and me. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Arcade Animal Hospital is definitely my go-to from now on!!
