The folks here at family pet hospital know how to take a scary, nerve-racking experience, and transform it into a calming, reassuring, pleasant experience. Everyone here is so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine. I'm very thankful that I brought my cat here when I had concerns. I'm confident that they'll be equally helpful in the future when we go back.

We love everything about Family Pet Hospital! My cats have seen all doctors there and they all are amazing. So incredibly kind, patient and caring. They have helped ease my fears after getting a tough diagnosis that wound up being terminal for one of my cats. Even though he had to be put down at an emergency clinic, the doctor still called me after hours to talk about everything. Recently, my kitten had some complications and they have been wonderful caring for him and answering my questions. All of the staff is so friendly and comforting! I’m so thankful we found such a great practice to care for my family. Thank you to everyone at Family Pet Hospital!!

My dog has seizures and was itching I have had her at two different vets in the area. Just to be sold expensive dog food many test run, prescription drugs and over the counter medicine for $67 a month which I got 1 1/2 months at Costco for $14. When she started itching I was told by a TEXT I need to buy 3 weeks of an anti itch medicine for $91. Without seeing her….. I took her to Family Pet Hosp. What a difference. My dog had fleas so all I had to do is buy Frontline. They were kind and didn’t try to sell me anything. Just good kind service. Told me to call or email with any problems. I will never take my pups anywhere else.

I am spoiled! Caring, knowledgeable vets and staff. They get prescriptions ready quickly. As my dogs age, there are more health challenges and they are all met speedily with compassion and expertise.

I am so lucky to have found Family Pet Hospital. They saved two kittens I found with damaged eyes. They were able to fix their eyes so they were healthy enough to be available for adoption. I am so grateful to them for saveing their lives. ❤️

I took my rat Rocket in today, finding a rat vet is HARD. I had to wait a couple months to get in, but it was well worth the wait:) From the first email, to the initial visit, ALL of the staff were EXTREMELY kind. They were very gentle with her, gave her lots of pets, and took all my concerns very seriously. They gave me honest answer and explained my options in a very easy way to understand. Price was amazing for all they do, she has surgery scheduled for only a week away for tumor removal and I am very confident they will take care of her!

Dr. Feagans is such a compassionate and kind human being, and it's very obvious that she cares for each and everyone of her patients. I appreciate that she is always willing to take the time to answer any questions I may have (even if I'm literally out the door of the exam room) and that she doesn't push me into needless testing or extras, but always gives her honest and professional opinions. She does her job, and even if my dogs don't always cooperate (they're safe to handle, they just might not appreciate being handled by other people), she gets the job done. The staff there has been very kind as well. I have never had any issues with them, and they have always been willing to help me with anything if they can. Family Pet Hospital is there to help and support you and your pet. People need to remember that veterinarians and their staff are just as human as we are. It takes zero effort to be kind. I will continue to take my dogs to Dr. Feagans for as long as she's still working. She's got a client for life. 🙂
