Carol House Quick Fix Pet Clinic

I'm so happy a place like this exists. Very reasonable pricing on spay/neuter, shots, flea/tick/parasite/mites/worm treatments and preventive medication. The employees are awesome. Knowledgeable and very nice. They really help the community by spay/neutering feral cats. I was there one time and a gentleman was bringing in 6 or 7 cats in crates. All feral, all getting fixed. So awesome! My most recent trip was for spay/deworming/mites. I don't remember exactly what I paid, but it was far, far, far, less than the $400-$600 I had been quoted by other local vets. (I think I paid around $100 for everything that day at Quick Fix) The operation drop off/pick up times are strict, but completely understandable. One thing to know before going is that you don't get to go back with your animal at any time. They come get them and bring them back. There is no problem with this, but I was a little surprised having never experienced this. So, I just wanted to share that bit of information. But, overall, 10/10 would recommend.

I was so nervous to get my kitty fixed but carol house called me back in timely manner and we set an appointment a couple months in advanced which was perfect timing for my kitty. He was fixed Monday and carol house did an amazing job for a great price! My kitty is doing great and bouncing back quickly! They even called to check on him today!

I have taken several of my animals there to get spayed and neutered.. they go above and beyond helping the community with low cost spays.. I've always held them in high regards when one of my own dogs had gotten attacked there (several years ago) and they immediately jumped into action to help her feel better... I'll probably never take my animals anywhere else to get fixed 🫶🏽🥰

I want to congratulate this place for the vocation and willingness to serve that they give not only to their patients, but also to us, the pet owners, who are more than pets, they represent a member of the family to us and for this reason we always want the best for them. My cat was spayed last August 21st. I was really nervous but it calmed me down to see that she received quality care and a smooth recovery. I truly recommend it and I hope that they continue to provide their valuable service to the community.

STL is so lucky to have this place! I've wanted to TNR the neighborhood cats for a long time, but cost was the only deterrent. We recently had a cat in heat show up on our street and the toms were harassing her, so we brought her inside and I called Carol House in a panic. Opal was awesome and listened patiently to my frantic story, then scheduled our new kitty the following week for a spay. When I found out how cheap a feral fix was, we scheduled a TNR as well. Everything at the clinic is really streamlined and organized so well. I wasn't guessing where I needed to go, they had someone guiding us through the whole process. Bringing a feral in was really cool because you get to meet a bunch of other people that are passionate about TNR and it was like show and tell with cats in the waiting room😂 I'm relieved knowing I have a place to take our neighborhood kitties to. I'm so thankful to everyone that works here, I'm sure it's exhausting work, but it's invaluable.

The staff was great! This cat was my granddaughter's who has 4 kids and a limited income. I'm 80, we were afraid we wouldn't be able to afford to have her fixed. I saw the information in a commercial for Carol House and relayed the message to her. I have had a large number of cats and dogs fixed in my life (I used to TNR and rescue when I could.) Carol House Quick Fix was by far the best place I have ever been to. The staff was fantastic and so organized it was incredible. The video they showed had information that everyone should provide. Thank you so much for all of the people who were involved with this.

I brought in my little angel Suki, a lemon beagle female to get spayed and this place, top to bottom is absolutely the best choice I could have made. The staff was all 100% professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and we're exceptional at the most important aspect of any business, no matter what it is, and thats commuication. From the moment you walk in, you get information and it doesnt stop even after you leave. Very comforting to pet parents that are worried about the little babies. I will always recommend this place and only have good happenings here. If you are on the fence then you need to leap on in and you'll see how truly great this place is.
