Yesterday we made the heart wrenching decision to let our beloved dog cross the rainbow bridge peacefully with dignity. I guess there was some kind of confusion about our appointment and who was assigned to us, but Jacinda stepped in and made sure we were taken care of. She offered the kindest support during this extremely difficult moment. I just wanted to thank her for her professionalism and kindness. It was obvious she really loves the animals she takes care of and only wants the very best for them and their families. Thank you, Jacinda, for easing the burden. I know you made our baby feel loved. I also appreciated the doctor let us open the door so our pup could feel the wind on his face one last time.
Went to get my two cats fixed today. It has been the best experience I could’ve asked for. From check in to pick up the experience has been phenomenal. Previously I had gotten my other cats fixed at a different low cost spay/neuter clinic and it was a terrible experience, absolute chaos, no organization, no parking, lots of stress on my cat. At this place there was no line when I got there, they had parking spots with a number to text when you get there and then someone calls you immediately to go over the procedure and pricing. Then you pull up under a tent and they come out and get them. While they were in there they provided me with a text link line where I could check in on my babies at any time, and even offered early pick up times. They also gave me an option to get laser therapy after the surgery to help with pain, inflammation, and healing. Overall I could not be happier. I want to give a special shout out to Bri, Nic, and Rhys for making this experience everything we needed it to be! I will definitely be sharing the word and trying to get people to donate because we need services like this around!
I brought my sweet Bella here for her spay. They were absolutely amazing from open to close. They made her as comfortable as possible seeing that she is a very anxious dog. They helped me get her into the car (I have an injury). They provided me with so much information, and answered every question I had. They even made sure that I had contacts if I needed to ask more questions. They kept me updated the whole time. I was very nervous in the beginning, but I got more comfortable as time went on. I am so happy with the work they did. Thank you so much to all the staff for everything they’ve done for me and my Bella!

The staff was great. They gave my puppy his shots so skillfully that he didn't even know he was getting them!
Wonderful people and great service for my fur baby
I recently added a new addition to our family in the form of a mini Australian Shepherd puppy. I had been to the Humane Society at this location, several times looking to rescue a dog. Unfortunately, I never found a good fit for my family there, but I did rescue him from his prior owner who couldn’t keep him. I did not have a vet established and I called the Animal Medical Center at the Humane Society to establish vet care for him and get his shots and all the things puppies need in their first few vet visits. Let me add this is my first puppy… and he has totally stolen me and my daughter’s hearts. The staff was so friendly, they were very informative and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable with my dog in their care from the beginning. Upon meeting the vet, Dr. Jasper, I was extremely impressed. He’s very kind and explains things well, and I can tell that he really cares for the animals in his care. After that visit, I asked him if he could be Ruckis’s permanent vet, and he said yes. I took him back recently for his second appointment and scheduled his neuter and chip. I am extremely confident in the fact that should my puppy ever need any medical care in the future that Animal Medical Center is the only place I would like for him to be. They have underwater, treadmill therapy, laser treatment, and a comprehensive Medical Center with a staff that is amazing and extremely competent. Thank you, Animal Medical Center!
