We were there earlier in the month as I noticed my cat was breathing strange. They determined that there was no cure for her condition so we had to put her down. They were very compassionate. They had a special room that we went to that was away from the other exaime rooms. I sat on the couch and the Doctor put a blanket on my lap and put my precious cat on the blanket. I held her, rubbed her ears and lightly scratched her cheeks as that is her favorite thing. She was comfortable and purring to the end while my heart was breaking and tears were streaming down my face. She didn't suffer and she knew she was loved since she was a kitten. They are a compassionate Vet that cares for both animals and their owners. They have an area in the lobby that is decorated for each holiday that they will take photos, using your own phone, that are really special. We have used all aspects of their services and are happy with them. The owners are great people

I love these vets. The attention and concern for my dog is obvious. When my dog needs expensive procedures, they always give me alternatives knowing that cost could play a part in my decision. I have an elderly dog with multiple health issues and they always take the time to discuss treatments and care for him. They are very knowledgeable. They even text after hours to check on my dog. They show genuine care that goes above and beyond.

Dr. Lanctot is the best thing to happen to my soul dog Oliver. She has been there through every single step of his diagnosis of diabetes, kidney care, eye issues..the list goes on lol. She goes above and beyond for him and truly loves him as if he were her own. She takes her time explaining things to me, always follows up on Oliver and I trust her completely with Oliver’s care. I walk into PRF and feel so much love for Oliver they have become family to us. I feel at ease leaving him there for any check up, surgery..because I know he will be so well taken care of. I cannot thank God enough for putting us in her path, she was born to be a vet. Will forever be loyal to her and have her treat all of my furbabies.

The Veterinarian and staff were all polite and kind, we were in and out in 50 minutes with my gerbil being an emergency visit. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. The price was fair for the emergency fee plus antibiotic and pain reliever. My gerbil started feeling better the next day and now is completely back to normal. This vet was amazing and even texted to check on my furry friend. Thank you all for saving my little guy!

I truly can’t thank Pets R Family Veterinary Hospital enough. Their name really says it all — they truly feel like family. My cat is 11 years old (born on September 15, 2015), and over the years I’ve been to quite a few veterinarians, but with them I truly feel she is in the best hands. When my cat needed help, they responded immediately, without unnecessary stress or bringing her in when it wasn’t needed. They provided the right medication quickly to prevent things from getting worse, and guided me every step of the way. They answered all my messages and calls promptly, with so much care and attention, which made a very stressful situation feel manageable. You can genuinely feel their dedication, compassion, and love for animals. I’m so grateful for their support and the way they treat both pets and their owners 🤍

This place offers the best of care anywhere in my general area. I highly recommend pets r family to anyone who loves their pet as much as I love my dog, Hobbs. Hobbs knows them when he walks in and they greet him with hugs and he jumps from right into their arms because he’s so comfortable with everyone at this place of business.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Leavitt was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything, making sure all of our questions were answered. Her assistant was kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout the visit. The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. We also truly appreciated the boarding staff for taking the time to give us a tour and making us feel comfortable and confident in Blaze’s care. Overall, everyone we interacted with was friendly, caring, and professional. We are very grateful to the entire team for the outstanding care and service provided to Blaze.
