The entire staff at White Oaks is fabulous! I cannot say enough how much I appreciate all of them.. Special shout out to Dr Newingham for fitting her in. Birdie gives each of you an A+

Great vet clinic! I became a client when my dog had an issue and my regular vet couldn’t fit me in. I’m so glad that happened. I never went back. From my old lab with arthritis to a stray elderly Yorkie adventure to the fickle lady cat who wants to give up on life because someone looked at her wrong to my young cat with a surprise terminal illness to an old tomcat turned house cat with stones… these people are just so wonderful. They always find a way to see my fur kids, explain everything thoroughly and they are so kind and supportive. They call follow-up status checks for illness. They sent me a sympathy card when my dog took a turn for the worse over the weekend and we had to go to the emergency clinic. From the staff at the desk, to the techs, to the vets… I so appreciate these folks. ❤️

Been taking dogs to vets for 40 years and 15 + years at white Oaks west my appointment lasted approximately 4 minutes with 2 dogs . Didn’t take the dogs into a room . Didn’t ask about them. I could go on but craziest dr experience ever Easily the worst service ever experienced whether at a restaurant doctor or vet office I would give them 5 stars for the last 14 years then they sold out and I would be generous if I gave them 0 stars now. Do not bring your dog there go anywhere else which is what I will do after this experience.

Their policy around third party pharmacies is predatory. I went to establish my cats asthma care since moving down here. Days after I paid for her to be seen and get her asthma care set up, they stopped doing third party medicine verification. They wanted me to pay hundreds of dollars for my cat’s medicine, that cost less than $30 on Chewy. They do physical scripts, which I picked up and sent to chewy. Chewy just called me because they voided my script and refused to do oral verification. They wanted me to go back down to the office and pick up a new script. This office is makes getting affordable pet prescriptions challenging so you go through them at major up charges. Their vet was fine, she was professional and knowledgeable. But I do not recommend starting care here, as obtaining affordable treatment outside of them has been an uphill battle.

White oaks west animal hospital has the best staff I have ever encountered. Everyone is so nice and kind and takes great care of their patients. (Both animal and human) Everyone would be lucky to bring their animals here!

We just switched vets… after 30 years with our Dr Minder who retired . This clinic had to prove to me that they are just as caring and qualified as he was . We took our 16 yr old kitty and Dr Hurst identified a bacterial infection and treated her. She is doing great ! One of our Yorks , Zia, went yesterday for check . Everyone in the clinic is so polite and helpful. We have another York going tomorrow for check . It’s a process folks , and this clinic has some big shoes to fill . So far … excellent!

No complaints at my end. The staff treated Bailey Rea like their own. Bailey will be getting a dental checkup and cleaning. Being the first time everything for the procedure was explained. The patient is watched closely in recovery. If everything looks okay they will print out a paper with findings and care paper what to look for if a problem occurs. By the way Bailey had a great dental checkup.
