We brought our two chihuahuas for their nail trimmings on February 18 at Humane Veterinary Hospital — one of them has curly nails on both rear paws — and the experience was truly outstanding. The veterinary professional handled them with such gentleness, patience, and genuine care. Both dogs were calm and comfortable the entire time — a clear reflection of their skill and compassion. Thank you for treating our fur babies with so much kindness. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.

If I could give this business 10 stars I would!!! Amazing!!!!! Top quality!!! They will go above and beyond beyond for your animals, from the staff at the desk to the nurses to the actual vets themselves! I love this vet hospital !!!!! I will recommend them forever!!!! Today was a hard day with my cat lol but I wanna give a shoutout especially to the two women Sandra and Sandy who stayed after closing to help me get the cone back on my cats head!!!! That was incredibly stressful and my cat pooped basically on them, and they worked so hard to try and wrangle her! Thank you to the whole staff for helping me! They even during my cats surgery I guess must of took off her scabbed skin on her back. This team is amazing! Go to them!!!!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

I choose to bring our pet Paris to Humane Vet Hosp of SD because I trust their service and concern to our pet. They make sure that we get the necessary vaccine first before the Spaß amd then follow up with us, how our pet are doing. I really appreciate their concerned and reminder whenever we have incomong appt. Excellent Customer service.

Terrible office communication. Month after month we have to call and have the same conversation and fight for our pet to get a renewed prescription because we dont do their 'semi anual reccomended checkup' and we opt for anual instead. My pet has suffered needlessly from skipped doses due to the negligence of this office. Absolutely terrible- not in the best interest of my dog, only their bottom line. Will not be returning.

Very kind not only to my puppy but to me as well. As a first time owner outside of my parents getting one for the family. The staff answered all my questions and put me at ease for my growing boy

From the front office to the back office the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The staff is willing to work with you from your financial obligations or if you want to choose an alternate plan, they give you the choice, no pressure, no problems. They are a very busy place, however, the wait is worth it, because they made us feel like we were the only ones. My fur baby was very well taken care of and spoiled.
