Dr. Sutton and the entire team were amazing with my rabbit. They were very responsive and communicative, quick to take action when a concern arose, and took every issue very seriously. Because of the aggressive nature of my bunny’s infection, procedure after procedure proved that they’re skilled with sedatives/anesthesia and aftercare.

I’ve been going to Union Animal Hospital for almost 2 years. The staff (front desk and vet assistants) are phenomenal. So kind, fun and gentle! Dr. Griffith is the primary vet for my rambunctious but shy 2 year old doodle blue heeler mix. He loves her and she’s the absolute best. Takes quality time to answer all of our questions, concerns, and just overall understanding of his health care needs. Wonderful place and I look forward to many more years with Dr. Griffith and the entire team. Thank you Union Animal Hospital.

Union Animal Hospital and all the staff there have always been phenomenal with my pets. They made sure my two senior dogs were comfortable until the end, they did incredible emergency surgery on one of my rabbits, they have been wonderful with my young dog who has some severe issues with her rear legs. I’ve been going here for years and over the years have brought in 4 dogs, 3 rabbits, 1 leopard gecko, and 1 small parrot. I have had over 45 appointments here with multiple vets and multiple vet techs. They have always treated my animals with compassion (even the difficult ones) and have always been happy to answer any questions I have. They’ve never made me feel bad for declining a suggested treatment. When I have questioned procedures, they always respond kindly. They have always met my expectations and have often gone above and beyond. Their treatment of my pets has given me hope and confidence through some very scary issues my little zoo has faced. We will always be thankful for how our pets have been treated here and would never go anywhere else.

We have taken our Chow to Union for a number of years. We have had other vets in the Spokane area and have not had a bad experience with any of them. However, during the last few years our dog aged and developed severe problems. Dr. Griffith has provided extraordinary professional care and has undertaken extensive research that enabled us to address the rather rare and unusual conditions affecting our dog’s health and enjoyment of life. We all love our pets and want the best care for them, and I am thankful for the wonderful care and consideration the whole clinic provided to our pet for the previous five years, including up until her recent passing. They do care!

I don’t know how to explain how good is the service of this vet clinic. Since day one the team is helping me with my cat. He had a UTI and the team even my cat was new patient the team was Super attentive, friendly and supportive. Thank you so much guys what an amazing work all of you do for our pets.

I know you all are so caring to all your patients. I've never had as good of care as you provide. Saabi, Suri and I really appreciate you all. Took my male kitty, Saabi, in for a sinus problem. The vet asked me if he'd been treated anywhere else. Yes, he had, but no resolution to his vomiting. She suggested a prescription food for him that I decided to try. No more vomiting. Don't know why other vet didn't treat at all. I'm sticking with this place. Got him in fast and treated fast. Appreciate them so much. He's a much happier cat.

I’ve been going to here since 2022 with my cat, and I’ve couldn’t be happier with the quality and service they provide. Everyone there works SO hard and it shows! I have become a regular because my little boy has quite a few medical issues 😂 They have never let me down, are always there for me with my many questions, and Dr. Nilles is the sweetest to my little Atticus even when he can be cranky. 😭😂 Thank you for showing up for the pets in need! Y’all are the best!! 💝
