Anderson Humane Veterinary Clinic

No phone number only through email and the one who’s working through the email takes ages to give me "dates" and review my application. I went in today at their location to get my application reviewed again so I can schedule something and she was rude saying"I didn’t get back" and I had to reiterate several times that she did not send me times or days to schedule as she said she was going to via email… still arguing about it with me?? For what? Get better passionate employees, I do not feel comfortable taking my dog here anymore for his care.

This was the WORST experience I've ever had with a vets office. My American Bully was brought in to be fixed. He was supposed to be the first one because of how stressed he was. A few hours go by and we get a call that they could not get him to go to sleep despite many shots of anesthesia. Fine- he is pure muscle and I knew he needed to be medicated before we went but no one took my word for it. That's not even the problem - I get there to pick up my dog and he is in a cage with a tarp over it (the only dog in the building that was given such treatment) he was also COVERED in his own feces and vomit. It was quite obvious that he had sat in it for an extended period of time as it had dried on him. He was terrified. He couldn't breathe and shook violently ALL afternoon. Additionally the worker was so very unapologetic and handed me towels to clean him up. I am a Nurse and I could never imagine leaving a patient in the dark covered in their own filth. I realize we are talking people vs dogs but the animals ARE THEIR PATIENTS. I have never been more disappointed in a vet and I hope others will consider alternative options.

We'd found Bella through the Anderson Humane society website, fell in love w her , her story and just had to make her part of the family. She had heartworm when we got her and Anderson Humane has been so helpful, considerate and kind from the moment we decided Bella had to be family. I'd brought her in Anderson Humane Veterinary clinic for her heartworm treatment and the young lady at the counter (Nicole I believe was her name) was so kind and reassuring of the process. Nicole is a sweetheart and just the whole staff really have been amazing

Have now taken 2 of my cats here and they’re the best place I’ve been to… feels like they do everything with care I strongly recommend them!

The whole process was easy and affordable. From scheduling, to check in, to drop off, and the staff was so friendly and caring. We took two dogs in and both are healing nicely. I would use them again.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind! I appreciate them implementing Fear Free handling and treatments because I have dogs with high anxiety. I would trust them with my pets any time!!

I had my male pug neutered for $205 in April. Everything went great. They are very organized with the process.
