Even though I’ve had to put down several pets through this clinic, they always do their best and care deeply about our animals. My greatest experience was nine years ago when we brought in our extremely parvo sick puppy. They worked hard for two weeks and finally won. I still have that puppers only nine years older and I couldn’t be more thankful for what they do.

We brought in our little Bengal Mix Kitty who decided that she wanted to eat a wire from our sound system. The team at Pilchuck was amazing. They came to the rescue and gave a great evaluation and care to our girl. Big kudos to Dr Sam and Kyle!!! When we were waiting for the doctor, Kyle brought the anxiety level way down. He was the first and last person that we saw during our visit. Dr. Sam was full of smiles and lost of good information and excellent care for our girl. Thank you sooo much to Kyle and Dr. Sam for helping our baby girl feel better. She's now eating, drinking and was able to keep her date with her boyfriend. Thanks again Pilchuck Animal Hospital.. We've been with you guys for over 20 years... and counting!!

Dr. Murphy and the rest of the team at Pilchuck saved Dugan’s life! Knowledgeable staff, great care and attention to detail. After diagnostics Dr. Murphy found a 6" long skewer penetrating his stomach and liver. Dr. Murphy was fantastic in educating me of risks and benefits of all of our different options. She was so supportive and kind and really took her time to help me understand the severity of his situation, but also come up with the best option for Dugan. Ultimately we chose to stay at Pilchuck and send him through surgery with them to remove the skewer and hopefully safe his life. Dugan did have a stay at the hospital and despite typical ER chaos they did a great job of keeping me informed of how he was doing and next steps for his care. His Dr.’s and Techs were all amazing. Aftercare was also great and he did have several visits but each visit we were met with knowledgeable, supportive staff, and found a care plan to really help Doog thrive post op. Overall despite the horrible circumstance, Pilchuck turned it into a positive one and we are so so thankful they saved our sweet boy’s life.

I called ahead of time after being turned away from two other emergency vets because they were full and here they said I could bring him in immediately. After the paperwork, they quoted me one to two hours and I was kind of taken back because I didn’t know what to expect because they said immediately over the phone. We waited about 45 minutes to be seen and they took him back and he was in my arms again in about 10 to 15 minutes. He swallowed a scrunchie so they induced vomiting and gave him anti nausea medicine. They told me he would not want to do much the rest of the night And might not eat, but that is the total opposite. He is back to his original self wanting to play and eat. Thank you so much to the Saturday evening crew you rock.

Literally the BEST care and the BEST treatment we could have EVER asked for today and every time we’ve been in for emergency services. Today however, was exceptional. Our sweet 2lb baby girl (10y/o chihuahua) had broken her ulna in 2 places and was x-ray’d, casted, sent home with pain meds, taken the best care and the weekend of our ‘Hawks Super Bowl, our little lady came out with a blue cast and a green 12 on her arm! We were dressed in Hawks gear, but our focus was on our dear Peanut … this wonderful veterinary clinic pays attention to detail so closely that we got a 12th dog out of it all as well as her comfort and her being loved on profusely by the staff. We are so blessed to have our sweet girl back feeling better, on the mend and back to our loving family again. THANK YOU ALL from the reception to the vet tech to the vet, you all made us feel the love and helped our suffering baby. We love and appreciate you!!!!!

Dr. Grace and the Pilchuck Vet team got me and my dog Luna through a really hard time. I appreciate their kindness, help, and patience with all my questions. I would not have trusted my previous vets with getting Luna through surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. But when I met Dr. Grace I felt like I could trust her and Dr. Grace and her whole team were amazing through the process. I am so grateful to have my baby girl get a clean bill of health, Luna means everything to me. Thank you Dr. Grace and the Pilchuck Vet Team. You have our vote of confidence. Warmly, Rachel and Luna

My dog fell ill at the end of the week when our primary vet's office was closed. He was bad sick with fever come Saturday. (Suspected Salmon Poisoning) I did a little digging and found Pilchuck Vet Hospital. I AM SO THANKFUL for their office. All staff members were so kind to my dog and me. It was later in the evening, and I didn't have an ounce of stress being there. The Vet listened to me and I felt heard. My young dog is alive and we're back to our beloved pack walks up in the woods, thanks to them.
