The service was outstanding!! The moment I scheduled the appointment the staff were caring, informative, and supportive. There is a cat side and a dog side which helps the animal and the owner to be relaxed and receive the care their pet needs. The staff, from the receptionist to the vet techs listened to what my cat needed and took care of him despite his feisty attitude. A special shoutout to the receptionist, I felt it was best to step out so the vet techs could do their work. I was a mess and she was incredibly reassuring and helped distract me which was greatly appreciated!! Thanks for taking care of all our animals!! Linda Faner

We had been going to another vet in Sioux Falls for about 5 years, but recently our dog kept getting recurring staph infections. Each time, we were given antibiotics and told it would clear up—but it kept coming back. After going through this about five times, we even asked for advice on how to prevent it, and were told it’s just common for her breed. We decided to try Heather Ridge, and the difference was immediate. They took the time to thoroughly examine her and let us know the infection was currently clear, but they wanted to focus on preventing it from returning. They discussed possible food allergies and set us up with an 8-week food trial, even providing the food to get started. What really stood out was how calm and gentle both the doctor and vet tech were when approaching our dog. The whole experience felt thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely caring. We were so impressed and will absolutely be returning for future appointments!

I love coming here. They are alway nice to me and my cat. He get so calm and the staff is always friendly and nice to us! We been coming since he was born

Dr. Curry was very personable and knowledgeable about her field. I appreciated that she discussed and explained everything about the care my cat was receiving. Jullz wasn’t super happy about getting her shots but Dr. Curry was quick and effective and made sure to work with her boundaries while still being thorough.

They are always very friendly and helpful on the phone. Able to get appointments quickly and little to no wait time upon arrival. Very helpful staff and open to discussing treatment options, also respect owner input. Out pets have had great service here for 5 years.

Heather Ridge Pet Hospital is the best pet clinic I’ve been to. The staff is great, very welcoming, and services are priced fairly. Dr. Sara Curry is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a way that makes them easy to understand; you can tell she truly cares about your pet’s happiness wellbeing.
