Such a special place. They are faithful friends indeed through happy and sad times. We found Dr Kim when our dear Prince when was declining in his Diabetes needed a new vet . It was one of the most difficult pet journeys and losses I’ve been through, faithful friends always got us in timely, responded to calls and questions and every need. Dr Kim was kind and respectful and gentle to my dear Prince and his human family every step of the way . Prince crossed the rainbow bridge but they are now taking good care f his sister Roxy . Thank you to Dr Kim and all the staff! Your care is amazing and appreciated!

Our family pet is a canary. We had a bad experience and lost our last friend at another office. He receives excellent care from Faithful Friends. We appreciate all you do for him!!

Faithful Friends Veterinary Care is a great place to take your pet for care. We are always greeted with smiles, go directly to the scale for a weight & then into a room. This routine keeps Oliver’s anxiety level to a minimum. The Vet Techs are friendly and knowledgeable, they note concerns to relay to the doctor. When Dr. Byl comes in the room she knows why we are there & what we need. She is so kind & compassionate, just as you would expect from someone who has dedicated their life to caring for animals. The computer is in the room so bill & follow up appointment is all handled in the room, medication & other purchases are bagged & brought in so once you are done you are able to leave. No need to stop at the desk, no running into other dogs or animals. Very efficient & effective management of traffic & reducing your pet’s anxiety. I am so happy to have found Faithful Friends for my veterinary care.

I have been taking all my pets, large & small to Faithful Friends Vet Clinic for years. They are very compassionate & love my pets as much as I do. I just trust them. Period. I could find a clinic much closer but they are worth driving a little further.

We brought our tree frogs in to see our friends at Faithful Friends for the first time. One of our frogs wasn’t eating very well and seemed to be losing some weight. The front desk staff and technicians were friendly, caring, and personable. We did a drop-off appointment where we left the frogs for the morning. Dr. Kim called within a couple of hours and gave a good prognosis for our little guys. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She gave us several ideas for various feeding options to encourage our one guy to eat more. As novice frog keepers, she gave us lots of additional advice on how we can improve our setup. I emailed her a photo of our current enclosure, and she replied with several ideas on how to improve that as well. We highly recommend Faithful Friends!

Our last toy poodle, Cocoa, loved and was loved by everyone. Our current toy, Dakota, is doing better each time we go. The staff is patient with him, but they badly want him to accept them. Dr. Byl is clear with a treatment plan for our little guy who has developed some sort of strange disease we believe is GME. Because of his autoimmune status, some modifications have to be made in regards to routine vaccinations, and she discusses that with me and gets my input. We appreciate her and her team.
