They've been helping out my little guy Arty, and they have been very helpful in making sure that he is properly cared for. I feel everyone in there truly cares for animals, including both their comfort and well-being.

I would highly recommend Cottonwood, Dr.Eddins, and his staff. We began taking our cat there almost 4 years ago when we moved to Shelby. He had thyroid issues, and was in his teens, as well as being a bit cantankerous when at a vet’s office. He was always so well taken care of there, and his condition was managed with the utmost care. Dr. Eddins always took the time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. The staff was skilled with handling our grumpy fellow. I like taking our pet to an office that genuinely cares for the animals and their people. We had to make a difficult decision today and are forever grateful for the kindness and compassion shown to our cat and us. This is a great place, I would definitely choose Cottonwood again.

We love Cottonwood. They have taken care of our many pets for the last several years and it has always been a great experience, even and especially when it has been a difficult visit. They really go the extra mile to make sure our pets are comfortable and well cared-for and we know we can always count on expert care, objectivity, and great communication. Dr. Eddins and his staff are top notch and we can't recommend them enough!

We love this place! They were so good with our Sunny girl and our Smidgey boy! Everyone was so sweet and we loved that the dr. Explained everything so well and made sure we understood what was going on with our babies. We will forever come here!

After months of frustration and watching my dog suffer, Doctor Eddins at Cottonwood Veterinary Hospital was nothing short of a miracle worker. My dog had an open wound on his back hind leg that wouldn’t heal despite 6-8 months of antibiotics and multiple vet visits. Other veterinarians couldn’t solve the problem, but Doctor Eddins took one look and immediately knew what was wrong. He recognized that the wound was actually a cyst related to my dog not being neutered - something no other vet had identified. Doctor Eddins performed surgery to remove the infected cyst, properly sutured the area, and neutered my dog all in one procedure. Amazingly, all the other cysts that had been developing disappeared after the surgery. What sets Doctor Eddins apart isn’t just his exceptional diagnostic skills and experience - it’s his genuine love for animals. You can tell he truly cares about every patient that comes through his door. He gave my dog his life back when no one else could figure out what was wrong. If you need a veterinarian who combines expertise with compassion, I cannot recommend Doctor Eddins and Cottonwood Veterinary Hospital highly enough. He saved my dog’s life, and I’m forever grateful.

Good place to take your fur baby when needed. Had some dental work done on my cat and she was in good hands. You can tell that everyone here on staff genuinely cares for animals. Thank you for taking care of Chloe ❤

The absolute best! My poor sweet Izzy (a Frenchie) accidentally overheated today and I called in a panic and let them listen to her. She wasn’t walking, was drooling, panting, and gasping for air. They immediately got her in as an emergency and everybody, right down to the receptionist, was ready to jump in and help when we arrived. My sweet girl was treated with utmost care and respect and Dr Eddens explained everything to me step by step. I never felt more cared for as I did today! The price was extremely reasonable to at $115 for an emergency visit. I’m so happy we switched to this clinic a year ago.
