They are so kind here! They helped me when my cat smoke was sick and when he passed mailed me a hand written card for his loss. Now we take our new cat here and they were so thorough. Couldn't recommend enough.
Wow. This is the first time that I’ve taken a pet to this veterinarian, and I’m so glad that I chose Family Pet Hospital of Shawnee. Intake staff were welcoming, Vet techs were friendly and efficient, Dr. Scott exceeded every expectation I had, gave me peace of mind, provided excellent information, and really proved to me that I made the right choice. My puppy Nyx got so much love and didn’t show signs of being anxious or agitated. They treated her with the utmost care and compassion. Would give 10 stars if I could. 💚
We scheduled an appointment with Family Pet Hospital of Shawnee after we adopted our sweet cat from the Great Plains SPCA rescue mission. The veterinarian that we saw was kind, responsive, and addressed all of our needs. We are returning to this facility with our other fur baby in the near future!
We loved how Dr Scott actually got to know us and our pets. She took extra time to make sure our pets needs were met. So different from a place we went to for 12yrs that we felt like our pets were new patients every time we went in. And the tech’s were just as amazing. So glad we found this vet.
The vet and tech took their time with my dog and I. (They do no matter which vet I see. All the staff is amazing.) They were thorough in their examinations and answered all of my questions. I wish I would have found Family Pet sooner! Everyone is so nice and the quality of care is phenomenal! They treat my dog like the valued family member she is. Cannot speak highly enough of my experiences here.
Dr. Scott goes out of her way to be there for you and do everything in her power to fix whats wrong with your pet. Her staff is amazing and we will never go to another vets office. Highly recommend them!
My dog is terrified of the vet and a generally nervous Nelly in new environments. Dr Scott and staff always go the extra mile to make it as positive as an experience as possible. They found the way to her heart is through cheese. ❤️
