Had a dental cleaning and they were so efficient, polite, and took great care of my pet. Just noticed they added extra services like a nail clipping while she was under anesthesia. Thoughtful care, great communication of post care meds, and all at a very affordable price. Outstanding
Not only do I love Aurora Veterinary Hospital, but my dogs love it as well. From the people working at the front desk, to the Vet techs (shout out to Zoe ✨🐾✨), and of course, the veterinarians, everyone working there is excellent, kind, thoughtful and patient. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you to everyone at Aurora Vet for being awesome. Curious George and Marcel the grumpy Frenchie send you lots of love.
We’ve gone here for 10+ years with three different dogs, and have consistently had great experiences! Compassion, patience and knowledge with reasonable prices. We’ve always felt comfortable our dogs were in great hands. My mom and friends have also had similar experiences.
I have no complaints about service but I think they should be have openings for emergencies. It seems like they are always fully booked. If you want appointment specific doctor you need to book 2-3 months out. I had emergency when my dog ate raisins and there was no openings for the day. They told me to take him to ER.
Aurora was recommended to us by a close family friend, and our experience so far has been amazing. We recently got an eight-week-old puppy, and at our first appointment, Dr. Bernstein and the entire staff were fantastic. Although we were initially hesitant about the distance from Magnolia, we’re so glad we made the trip—this clinic is truly the best!
They have become the worst!!! Pls don’t go to them! We are old time clients who started with many pets in 2000 and continued with new ones. They were taken over by a private corporation about 3 years ago and they have descended into chaos and incompetence. We recently moved them to Elliott Bay on a recommendation from a vet friend and they have been SO much better. Night and day!!!
Caring staff. They get busy and might need to get in touch a few times but they spend time with their animal patients and are very present. We switched to this vet from another and were really glad to have their care for our dog.
