My cat had a slight limp and my regular vet recommended Southwest Veterinary Surgical as one of my options for a consult. We found out that my cat had torn her ACL and would need surgery to correct the problem. The staff here was amazing and took their time to explain the different surgery options and I went with the one recommended. Everything went smooth from surgery through recovery and the staff was amazing dealing with my questions and concern about my getting my cat back to normal! She’s healthy now and back to running and jumping like it never even happened. Thank you all again for making this an easy experience!

My husband and I went in with our almost 11 year old pup for a surgical consult. We were prepared to spend the money if it meant extending our Ellie Marie’s life. Unfortunately, we came to find out that our sweet Ellie was bleeding internally, her mass in her abdomen was quite large, and her prognosis was bad. She was in pain and we had to make the gut wrenching decision to put her down and get her out of her pain. I cannot express enough the care and compassion that was given to us by Dr. Roberts and Jadeyn, and everyone we dealt with. Our son came to the clinic, and we had our daughter on FaceTime. Dr. Roberts took the time to explain everything and allow them to ask questions. Again, they could not have been more wonderful during one of our worst days. This clinic is an hour from our house, but God knew that it’s where we needed to be. We will never forget the loving care and compassion that we received. I would highly recommend Dr. Roberts, Jadeyn and this clinic to anyone looking for advanced care for your fur baby!! May God bless them abundantly.

My dog ruptured his cranial cruciate ligament and required a timely surgery. I contacted the reception desk in Glendale. Brooke was helpful in assisting me get an appointment the next day at the Scottsdale location. I met with the surgeon, Dr. Burke and it was determined surgery could proceed that day. I could not have ask for better service and compassion from all the staff and doctors. It required an overnight stay and I was informed in the evening including a photograph of how my dog was progressing. Melissa was very thorough in the discharge appointment and now we are on the path to recovery armed with all the information needed for proper care post surgery. Marty Holman

From the moment we walked in, the whole team made us feel like our boy was in the best possible hands — they were thorough, communicative, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Surgery is scary no matter what, but Dr. Dixon and the staff made it so much easier. They answered every question, walked us through everything, and you could just tell they truly love what they do. Out corgi is recovering beautifully and we owe a huge part of that to this incredible team. They sent us photos & updates throughout his visit. They were also right in line with the estimate they provided. We’re so glad we found them. 🐾
