We take all 4 of our pups to Dr. McCoy. They are all vastly different breeds with different needs and they all have gotten the best care at SRAH. Dr. McCoy is so knowledgeable, has great bed side manners instantly putting the pups at ease, is able to make things easy to understand for the human involved, and is transparent about cost and what the dog may need as well as options. I never feel pushed into anything and always leave with knowledge and feeling great about the decision. If any of the pups have an issue or are sick he always follows up and ensures they are doing great.

Great knowledge and care for our Cocker Spaniël Rocky. Friendly staff. Love how they have the separate waiting area. He recently had a tumor removal and the vet followed up. Also with other procedures - call you and give you status update. Clean and welcoming.

I had an excellent experience when my cat became sick . Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital arranged for me to come in right away, same day, within an hour of calling . Staff is caring and professional, which easily allowed my cat (and me) to feel comfortable. Dr. Nick provided excellent follow up/check-ins thereafter . I would recommend and plan to continue taking my cats there .

I love Dr. McCoy! He really takes time to assess what is going on with my dogs. He is thorough when discussing options and appropriate plans of care while helping me to also consider the costs. He has been very helpful with occasional phone consults and consistent follow up to ensure that my babies are on the mend! I have been going here for many years.

We've been taking out pets to SRSH for 20 years. Although the original vets are now retired, the vets that took over are fantastic! I love them all, and I sincerely mean that. They are smart, caring and have their own unique sense of humor, which I love.

Thank you Dr. NICK and staff. I have a 3 month old puppy that I just adopted 2 days ago. She is very lethargic and not eating along with other symptoms I won't get into. They made me a very last minute appointment to see my baby girl. We didn't necessarily get the best news. I am still grateful for how quickly I was seen, no questions asked. My baby turns out to be pretty sick, the staff took necessary precautions and kept everything very clean. Dr. Nick went above and beyond to show me how to administer some treatment I can do at home with her. So far she is doing OK. It's been a tough couple days. I will be returning to your office with my other fur babies. You took care of us, in a time where we really needed some light at the end of the tunnel. I can't find the words to describe how amazing you all are. If you want a doctor and staff with positive energy, helpful staff who really show they care. I loved the care I received for my pet dog Aspen. I was not pressured into any testing or treatments that I didn’t feel comfortable with. I was presented with options and Dr. Kaitlyn Imamura was very compassionate and highly competent treating multiple issues. I loved the speed of scheduling, confirmation, being able to pay in the exam room and the thorough report I received via email afterwards.
