We brought our new puppy in for his first visit to see Dr. Haley Finstad. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with kindness and smiles! Just the most amazing culture of any new business I have tried in a while! Well organized and efficient! Dr. Haley was thorough and professional but what really shines is the culture she is building with her team in this practice. From the front desk to her assistant-even one that had just started! Really stands out to me as a fellow practice owner in human healthcare. If only we could get human healthcare to this level of humanity!

Dr. Rachel at Scottsdale Animal Healthcare cleaned my two 12 year old Biewer's (like yorkies) teeth and as usual did a wonderful job. I can't say enough good things about her and Marissa the vet tech. They remembered to use an extra small trachea tube, kept me informed of their progress, and treated my boys as if they were their own. All went very smoothly. They now have clean teeth and fresh breath!!! The superior service they provide me and my dogs is why I keep going back to Dr. Rachel. I highly recommend her.

Dr Muy was wonderful, she explained everything and made Lily as comfortable as possible. Also Destiny was great as well. Lily doesn’t much like the vet and new situations and they both made her annual checkup a pleasurable experience. And her pink Valentine bandanna is so sweet!! Thank you!

I really love the doctors, the techs, and the staff here. Everyone is always friendly and you can tell they really care for pets. Not sure if they’re using fear free at this clinic but I think they are because my cats are always happy and comfortable with staff! The appointments are always pleasant and not stressful.

Staff and Doctors show professionalism/concern in all aspects of our puppies health care. Dr. Casucccio is not only thorough, she takes the time to answer all of our questions and acts as if our French bulldog puppies are her own. She guides us as to what shots are necessary, optional or not necessary. Also, she explains issues that may be particular to the breed. BTW, the puppies love her.

My dog, Lu, is fear aggressive around strangers - so vet visits have ALWAYS been a huge challenge and have just gotten progressively worse year over year (like, the past 3 years the best course of action has been to fully sedate her)... that said, we had our annual visit and for the first time ever we had a better behavioral visit than the previous year! Dr. Moye and her vet assistant, Savannah, were amazing to work with - I can’t speak highly enough about them - they were great to collaborate w on a plan of action and came in with a neutral, but confident, energy that set Lu up for success. For the first time EVER Lu’s stress level decreased the longer we stayed (and we managed to get everything done that she was due for!) and no sedation! I highly, highly recommend Scottsdale Animal Healthcare!

The doctors at this clinic provide exceptional veterinary care and consistently demonstrate strong diagnostic and treatment skills. In contrast to my experiences at other facilities, I have not encountered errors here. I value the collaborative approach among the doctors, which ensures continuous, high-quality care, even during staff absences. Additionally, the technical and administrative staff are consistently friendly and supportive. Based on my experiences, I highly recommend this clinic.
