24 Hour Emergency Vet

I was scared, didn’t know what to do. My only instinct was to provide my pet with the best care possible. Dr. David and nurse Jen did just that. They listened, supported me, and advised me with several different options to help my pet skittles within a budget that I could afford. I’ve never experienced such level of generosity from a medical facility before. And to know that they did everything they can to treat my baby, it warmed my heart. Skittles is home with me now, and she’s healings. I am able to go through this healing process with her with a comfortable level of peace and knowledge from their level of expertise and advising me with her health. Every staff member was so friendly. Came in for an allergic reaction and my dog received care quickly. The doctor and technicians were very understanding of my dog feeling a little nervous to be there which was very appreciated. Definitely recommend this place to others and would come back.

They are very efficient and understanding, I've come here multiple times for my boi Stark's vaccinations and an occasional hotspot. We had to sedate him this time and I was late to pick him up but they were nothing but good to him and were very kind about me being late. This is my go to vet from now on! My puppy was starting to cough, missed dinner and was acting lethargic. We called this hospital around 6:30pm to consult about if it’s worth bringing him in and thank god the receptionist encouraged us to. It was about an hour wait, shortest ER vet wait time I’ve experienced. They suspected kennel cough but warned us to watch if his symptoms worsen in case it’s valley fever. They did and we brought him back the next afternoon. He was seen immediately, evaluated for valley fever and it came back positive. The vet came up with a quick action plan and walked us through an itemized best and worst case scenario in terms of testing and treatment. I left him there overnight and feel like he is in great care. Everyone is very professional and clearly love animals which is always the biggest reassurance. They accept Trupanion insurance which is great if you have it. You do need to secure a deposit but that’s fair considering the nature of an ER vet and filing insurance claims.

They were amazing. ChatGPT recommended this place because the reviews were mostly all positive and that they frequently mentioned "very fair pricing". The staff was all wonderful and their pricing was definitely fair yes it may cost a little bit more than a standard day time office visit, but not by much. They are upfront with pricing, and don’t try and hit you with a bunch of extra charges. I Strongly recommended this vet. Thank you to all the staff that helped us with Axel this evening.

When you have a pet emergency it's good to have a place to call or go to that cares, asks the important questions that you don't think about when an emergency arises. My sweet old fur baby & I were treated with the utmost respect & compassion when the decision was made to let him go peacefully. Top notch doctors & staff & my sweet boy's ashes were handled compassionately. The box they were returned in was unbelievably high quality & was unexpected. Amazing heartfelt gesture on their part.

Our new puppy got very sick eating some so unknown no poison at the park. We brought him in and they took great care of him and the best part was the priceI was completely shocked it was too low. The staff was very friendly, expertise supreme and bedside manner on point given the panic most of their patients owners are experiencing. You may assume all 24 hr vets would act this way. But trust me they don't. This one is the best 24 clinics i have ever been to.
