Cannot recommend this facility. Based on how they treated- and didn't treat my dog, I am convinced they don't give a damn about your animal unless you agree to overpriced, unnecessary services. If you want to see how good this place is - Just try to call it. That's right, just try to call and see if you can ever get a human to pick up the phone. 4 visits. 4 different people that I'm not sure were actual vets or what. 2 months, a sick dog still, and not one ounce of care from this place. This is a turnstile hustling a monthly care plan that is about as helpful as a STD with no penicillin. If you love your pet, find a local vet because there is nothing local here.

PET LOVERS BEWARE! They are quick to sign you up for their care plans but that's just the beginning. I am so disappointed in the quality of care at this facility. Rotating vets and/or people you don't even know are qualified is what I have encountered with my dog. Almost two months; hundreds or more dollars spent in addition to the monthly they seize from my bank account; non conclusive xrays they were chomping at the bit to charge me; and very expensive meds that I was forced to buy through them in order to get a prescription filled and my dog is sicker now than before. Almost 2 months. If you love and care about your pet, you may want to find another provider. My last visit was over a week ago and not one contact from this 'so called' loving facility. Not even an email other than a sales viral that was sent by corporate to sell me on something more. And the worst is, they really don't care about your pet unless you are willing to keep giving them money for every experiment they want to run. Finally, they give you an appointment to drop off your pet who then stays in a cage from morning to close and doesn't get seen until the end of the day after he has been so called 'worked in'. And apparently mine was left so long that he was standing in his own feces. He's already sick. I'm not bringing him there to unalive him. NO GOOD FEELINGS ABOUT THIS SCHEME ON MALL BLVD.

First time I have used this location. I called to have my Kylo put to sleep and they worked us in .. everybody was so friendly and the doctor was so sweet when she sent Kylo over the Rainbow. We got to stay with Kylo and say goodbye.. I had her cremated and they in return gave me the most awesome gifts of my baby. Tufts of her hair, her nose and feet prints , cards and ashes in this beautiful box.. everything was beautiful . What an amazing experience !!

Dr Zigelsky is our favorite. she is so kind, compassionate and patient with our needy pups. our girls are weary of strangers and require someone who is familiar with one skittish pup & one who guards her owners while on a leash. She never once was rude or impatient with our girls and that is something we have dealt with before with less experienced vets who did not try to understand what they needed to be comfortable. the same goes for Keona, who has been our tech on many occasions and is wonderful. we have had great experiences at all banfield locations in savannah and are grateful for their care and the expertise of the entire team and love the affordability of the wellness plans when we all know vet care can be very costly.

Highly upset with this location. I booked an online appointment at the Abercorn store @8:30am for an in person doctors visit, I arrive and they tell me I am at the wrong location and need to go to the mall blvd location. I then proceed to go to the mall blvd location and they tell me I would need to drop off my dog and would not be able to pick her up until later in the afternoon because they had no in person doctors appointments available & that although I made an appointment for an in person visit, they stated "they had no control over the scheduling portal & they did not confirm this visit". Mind you I received a confirmation email from Banfield confirming my appointment time and location which was supposed to be at the Abercorn store. I had plans later than evening and could not drop her off and then resulted in a $400 Emergency room visit for something that banfield could have solved for much cheaper. I have been going to Banfield for 10 years for my dog and not once have they made me this upset and disappointed. I will never be booking with this location or the abercorn location again. This was such an inconvenience & it was so disorganized on Banfields part.

My two pups Titan and Jett Cane Corso Mastiff/ Great Danes went Banfield to be neutered. They took amazing care of my fur babies!!!!! They called next day to check on them. Their plans are super affordable and staff is absolutely amazing. Very much recommended Banfield

I LOVE this vet . Everyone at the clinic is AMAZING. But to be honest Dr. Z abc Dr Fisher are the BEST ! They both are very attentive to any concern’s . I had a mom cat bring me her kittens and we kept them . My littlest kitten would not have made it if it wasn’t for Dr. Zigelsky. I had concerns he was gaining weight nor was he eating cat food. He was on kitten formula until he was almost 3 months. I took him in to get checked after pulling a hair tie from his mouth. Come to find out he had a belly full of hair ties. Emergency surgery was needed and before I could set surgery up Dr. Zigelsky had him scheduled for surgery at the emergency clinic 30 minutes after the discovery of the issue. I am HAPPY to say that Stormy is now a big healthy boy with so much personality. I will never trust any Vet to care for my babies ….
