Very rude front staff. The receptionist was very rude when I asked to schedule an appointment. Was very sarcastic and when I asked why they were not helping me out, she hung up the phone on me. This was after I’ve been a patient for over a year and spent a lot of money on their services and products. Sad to say but I will be switching vets after this poor experience.
Forever grateful to this clinic!!! After calling several other places that said they couldn't see my cat with his urinary emergency, the receptionist and or assistant talked to the Dr who said to go ahead and bring him in. Even though they were fully booked they immediately took him in the back to make sure there wasn't a blockage. Both the assistant and the Dr kept me informed of how my cat was doing and what was going on. Everyone was super nice and spoke in very relatable terms. Thank y'all so much so bending over backwards to make sure my baby boy was ok and putting my mind and heart at ease.
