My experience at Petco was good. The staff was very pleasant and kind. They explained the vaccine process and asked questions about my pet to know if he has any allergies etc; After my appointment I immediately received my pets Rabie certificate by email. They are a very organized staff. I will continue to come to Petco for all of my pets needs.
They helped me get my cat in right away to her shots very nice and was very gentle giving my cat shots even offered to give her some tuna while they have her shots
The nurse was very helpful. She talked about the required vaccinations and we were out of there in ~ 15 minutes.
Worse customer service ever had in my life , called to ask question abt pet vaccines , their staff keep telling me "oh i don’t understand what u saying " and keep me on hold for 20mins then hang up my phone withtout telling me anything, which part of it u dont understand huh? Vaccines ???? idiots
Take my dog each month for his bath etc. Michelle does a fantastic job with my nervous little guy
