MCAS Miramar Veterinary Treatment Facility

Absolutely horrible I have been trying to call for 5 days no matter when I call I can never get anyone to answer. And sometimes it answers just to hang up like that are purposely ignoring the phones. This is ridiculous for a vet to never answer their phones what is even the point of the phone

It is a clean facility. The staff was friendly from the moment you walked in the door. The tech and Dr were great. They took their time, explained everything to me, and answered all of my questions.

I was looking for a vet to handle PCS medical requirements for my two cats before moving to Japan. I cold called several military vets clinics around SoCal and this was the one that actually picked up. The staff were friendly and helpful. Their prices were very reasonable compared to Pawsitive Pet Health Certificates and appointment availability was great.

Not sure if this place has some sort of gripe with answering the phone but it is extremely hard to get a call answered by the employees here.

Such wonderful staff, took my friend here for their pet's pre-flight check ups and health certificates. Kind and courteous staff and doctors. And the prices are so much better than out in town! Keep up the great service!!

Wish they could do general surgery here for pets. Out in town to get my dog fixed is close to a grand vs great lakes base vet clinic that is equipped and costs $250 for fixing my pooch and pinning his stomach (he's a great dane so iykyk)

Military Only, though I believe retirees are able to use this location. Very friendly staff!
