This establishment deserves more than 5 stars ⭐️ Everyone here is so kind and compassionate. They truly care about their clients and are very understanding. If you need veterinarian support, I am happy to refer you to this office ❤️ I’m glad I found them and will be bringing all my babies here for care🥰 They gave my cat Stevie B VIP treatment! This is our first visit and we just entered a room to get our pet evaluated. But so far, the staff has been wonderful, polite and very helpful.
Loved the boarding school for my French Bulldog puppy. Melissa and her staff went above and beyond for Papasito. Sent me pictures and video's of my puppy's dailying activities. Plus the price for 24 hour care (boarding) was cheaper than Petsmart and other places. Awesome place and service!
900$ for a kitten neuter NOPE. People in San Bernardino are NOT rich! Take your services and charge them in Hollywood! No wonder this place is an empty dump. Drive to Ontario Spay and Neuter for $175 spay/neuter. I will be having my professor who is an animal clinic/hospital inspector look at this place immediately.
I'm a little late for this review but it was hard.July 30th,This is the first time being at this facility I had to take in my little Pet Rat,Mia to get checked, sadly she was very sick, and I had to make the decision,to have her humanely put down. The place is clean and the people here went above and beyond to assist us. They were kind, caring, professional and informative. Jackie and Catherine were fantastic and Dr. DiCarlo was amazing. Did not have one negative experience while I was here, except for having to put my little ratty girl down.😞
I have been bringing my dogs to Dr Marc for many years and he always keeps them in tip top shape. Their dental cleanings are thorough, gentle, and reasonably priced. I always get the feeling that they sincerely care about your pets. That means a lot to me.
I love the staff and they figure out what was wrong with my cat right away I called around several vets and nobody can get me in till September. When I called animal Care Wellness they got me in that day. The doctor is great
