Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - Far North Central

I brought home my stray kitten Flynn a little over two weeks ago and we made a visit to Petfolk the very same day! He’s been back a few times now for some stomach issues and Dr. Crissy Allstott and her vet tech have been so sweet and loving with my new fur baby every time. The visits were informative and timely given that this is also an urgent care clinic. You can find discounts for first time visits online and they offer a $199 one time payment for a membership that essentially covers the cost of a routine visit and discounts shots and vaccines (a blessing financially). Really glad I found Petfolk and know that my little Flynn is in good hands as he continues to grow. 🧡

Finally have the emotional strength to leave a review. We took our baby here after being sick for a day or two. The ENTIRE team did everything they could to help our little boy. They didn’t stop until the very end. They even stayed AFTER closing time to try and save our baby. The customer service is immaculate and they are there to help you in anyway they can. Unfortunately our kitty passed away but they did everything they could to help. They went above and beyond and wouldn’t have gotten elsewhere even if I had the chance. Will be taking my pets here for future appointments.

Just like to say I’m glad I made the choice to follow up with the neurologist here I was referred here for my frenchie bulldog for poss early signs of ivdd the staff here was amazing and helpful and was still able to help me with a treatment plan although they did recommend mri unfortunately at the moment I don’t financially have that and tried to apply for the cards. Even tho they have been extremely helpful I had to rush here at 4 am with my fur baby king he was so much pain and immediately they were to his care I knew I was in good hands and the staff was very sweet and helpful so I knew my fur baby was in good hands as well that matters to me. Thank you again I highly recommend if you have any emergency come here;)

My husband and I took Max (our beloved 14 year old rottie) to the vet as a walk in because he was crying when moving his neck. They were able to see us the same day, get bloodwork, and X rays to rule out the scary diagnoses. They reassured us when necessary and were prompt with results. They healed up Max with meds and he’s back to being his sweet playful self. The team at Petfolk is compassionate and treated max like they’ve been seeing him for years. I will absolutely be returning for routine check ups and anything else my pups need.

Brought my young cat here after he fought with a feral (and won!). This newly-certified street fighter didn't get away unscathed, though, so he needed help from the vet. The staff was super friendly and treated my boy with care and compassion- just like as if he was their own! The prices were reasonable and definitely affordable. The doc was great and my scaredy-cat fell in love with her and the tech within minutes. She offered advice for after-care and general care in a multi-cat household. I'll definitely keep this location starred for the future!!

We really adore the staff at this location as well as all of the vets we have interacted with! Our baby has chronic respiratory issues, so they have seen her more than a number of times. Each visit we are met with kindness, compassion, very thorough care, and communication on plans for her treatment! The membership plan is well worth it. Big thank you to Dr. A and Dr Stinson Serrano! Layla loves you guys! As do we!

So greatful this vet office was opened on a Sunday and I was able to get seen the same day! I notice my cat had a wound the evening before and was able to get taken care of during our appointment. The staff was great at communicating with me and handling my cat. I could tell they care more about patient care than just collecting a bill. The location was clean and I didn't notice any particular smells of pets or cleansers, very neutral.
