My pup ate a scrub sponge. I was able to come to LH animal hospital for triage. The staff let me know up front cost and there could be a wait. We arrived to a welcoming space. Dr. Radicke was amazing and thoroughly examined my pup. The cost for exam and meds was very reasonable (not like the big box vets). My pup is fine, and what I appreciated most is good care without a bunch of unnecessary tests. High recommended!

Dr. Everhart is absolutely wonderful and has seen Charlie since he was a puppy. Recently, Charlie fractured his front tooth and I was concerned about a possible infection. Charlie's front tooth was extracted to prevent future issues. Scheduling the procedure was quick and convenient. Pricing was very reasonable (I anticipated costs being more than what they were). The staff are always pleasant, which is a definite plus. They were so kind as to customize Charlie's medicine bag! Charlie and I are very thankful for their hard work, dedication, and professional care, and we highly recommend Lincoln Heights Animal Hospital!

Dr. Everhart neutered our dog and took care of some significant gingival hyperplasia. We were shocked with how big of a difference Dr. Everhart was able to make with our dog’s teeth-we are blown away! The whole process was seamless. Everyone was so intelligent and confident! Their prices were unbeatable, and they even sent home his medication in a bag with his name handwritten and little drawing. All the staff are so sweet, we just couldn’t be happier with our experience here.

Vets, like so many other places, have gone corporate, but not Dr. Radicky’s practice. He resists the tide because he knows the results (and prices) are better for our pets and for our peace of mind. I’m so grateful for the quality of care everyone delivers from the front desk to the assistants. My fur baby is happy, too.

This is my vet! I always bring my 3 dachshunds here and they receive excellent care. One of my babies recently had an intestinal partial blockage from eating mulch and the Doctor was so attentive and caring. He even came in thr next day and it was his day off to check on her. I couldn't be more grateful for his excellent care. My only negative is that the parking lot is small but I've always been able to park because of how they stagger patients. They are also closed in Sat and Sun so be prepared for that.

I have been going loyally for over 30 years to Lincoln’s Heights and have loved them. A week ago I called to schedule having a kitten neutered. I was told the person that does the scheduling does so from home and would be calling me back to schedule. I waited. No voicemail was left from anyone with Lincoln Heights vet. Today I called to schedule and was told to check my messages and that as far as they were concerned she called me and left a message. So basically, calling me a liar. I will never take my business there again and told her so. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them. Referred tons of friends and family. No more.

I would not recommend Lincoln Heights. My pet was given incorrect vaccines, I was overcharged, and the vet and staff were not gentle with my dog. My first visit to this office was to get a rabies vaccine for my pet, my second visit was to treat my pet’s hot spots. In the first visit, the vet was kind, but gave my puppy an adult rabies vaccine. This incorrect rabies vaccine would later on prevent my dog from traveling overseas with me for several months. I was also overcharged for this visit and had to get the bill corrected by the staff. During our second visit, the vet was pretty rough with my dog and ended up taking my dog to the back room without me present. Since this encounter, my dog gets anxiety when we visit the vet.
