They are always helpful, friendly, and very reliable. I really appreciate how convenient their system is — being able to wait in your car makes visits so much easier and less stressful. Appointments are quick and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable.

My fur baby Archie had an eye infection. I usually take my Archie to Vetco but they had a recall on eye corneal stain. I was advised to see another vet today and to call around or take him to an emergency hospital. I was advised by one of my friends about this place and that they accepted walk ins. Dr. Nick LaBrie was so kind and so understanding. Archie is a very vocal and very drama king and he was so sweet with him. the staff was so nice as well. the wait was not that bad because like i said i was just happy they accepted walk ins plus my baby was in a lot of pain which it maximized his attitude. Thank you Dr. LaBrie for being so thorough and so kind with my baby.

This place is amazing! Been going now for a couple of months. The drs and technicians are all so compassionate and give you so much knowledge and advise! The front staff so so lovely! I had the pleasure of getting my bill together with Brandon, he was so knowledgeable and lending a helping hand by getting me started on this paw points system they have and getting pet desk set up! He was able to get me a better price on my medication on the online pharmacy they have! I was very pleased with his kindness and lovable energy! I would definitely be going back! Thank you Alamo for all your help!

I had a poison scare with my dog and ran her down to this vet and walked in. I explained to her quickly what the issue was and the receptionist didn't listen at all, and explained that there wasn't any time for a walk-in visit and that they were about an hour into closing and pushed me right back out the door without so much as a referral. She just didn't want to deal with another animal. So much so. That she couldn't even listen to what our poor dog was going through. They've lost our business and I hope they can find a more helpful receptionist than the young girl that didn't help us. Thank you

Booked online only to get there and be told that there’s no appointment. Was told I would be seen as walk in and that turned into a 4 hour wait for a rabies shot. We’re not new to the clinic and was then overcharged for services that I didn’t even request. This will definitely be my last time going here- but not that they would care.

I have been bringing my animals to this clinic for many years. I love how the doctor's care, how they show empathy and how they explain everything to you. When I take my animals to the clinic as walk-ins, I definitely don't mind the wait. It is worth the care for my animals! My experience was wonderful. Love this place!

I received care for my dog and was prescribed medication to take home 2 boxes of 8.5mg Zenrelia. I then was referred to their pharmacy online to receive my pet's medication by mail. But when it was time to refill my pet's prescription I noticed that I would save a lot more money by getting one box of Zenrelia 15mg, so I placed the order to get the 15mg. I reached out to the hospital to ensure that I would be able to get a different dose which wasn't much 17mg to 15mg. I was given 2 boxes of 8.5mg when I visited their office that cost me 140.00 compare that to one box of 15mg which would cost me 50.00 online pharmacy. The person answering the phone stated that we were changing the dosage and that we weren't able to get approved with out the doctor's approval in order to receive the medication online. I followed up the next day when the doctor was in and was told that the doctor did not approve the change base by the dog's weight. I was willing to try the 15mg dose on my pet to not only save money but also lower the dose if the medication worked. It appeared to me that they were more interested on make more money then save me money. Mind you my dog was on 16mg of apoquel. 2mg makes a difference on how my dog would react to the change of medication? I've been coming to this hospital since 2008 with different kids (pets). I find it upsetting that they weren't willing to make the change. Buying 2 boxes at a cost of 74.00 dollars each box at their hospital compare that to one box for 50 dollars online for a slightly lower dose. Why wasn't I offered the 15mg during my visit then having me get 2 boxes of 8.5mg?
