I’m late with my post! I apologize, I kept forgetting to share from being super busy with work. But I wanted to ensure I let others know of the care and wonderful experience we have received here! We started bringing our girl Oreo to Dr. Baldner back in October of 2024. I was looking for a more holistic approach to balance any western medication she was on to help with her current health situation of having CHF. The entire staff and Dr. Baldner’s team has been so helpful in assisting us with our girl! It’s been a journey and we appreciate the care, empathy, and genuine concern they have towards our girls health! We are grateful for Paw Chi!! Thank you, The McCrae’s

I love Paw Chi! My family has been coming here for about a year or two with our 3 dogs. My corgi, Cedric loves it here, too! Their team is so kind and truly care for your animals. It is affordable and has a great ambience. Located in Downtown Roseville. They are not currently taking new clients, but will be opening up a waitlist in a few months for next year’s books— I definitely recommend🤍

Dr. Baldner and her team are truly wonderful. As holistic veterinary care provider, Dr. Baldner is kind, attentive, and deeply compassionate . It feels like home every time I visit . Even though our boy (Lucky) didn't have his dental procedure done there, her team still followed up to ask how he was doing, which meant so much to me. I was especially impressed that Dr. Baldner took the time to research one of Lucky's supplements before making a recommendation . It really show how much she cares and how thoughtful she is in her approach . Thank you to Dr. Baldner and her amazing team - I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.

From the moment I walked into this homey office I knew I was in the right place. I was always greeted by a smiling friendly face when my dogs and I walked in. Dr. Baldner and the vet tech Dulce were so great with both of my dogs. One of my dogs was anxious by nature but she did great with all the ladies here. Dulce the vet tech has extraordinary skills and is so great at reading dog behavior. Dr. Baldner treated my dogs with acupuncture, cold laser and massage. Over time they became more relaxed during treatments and seemed to know it made them feel better. Both of my dogs were given supplements that I feel were quite beneficial. They maintained mobility and cognition until the time of their passing. My 16 year old Morkie, my best friend, wasn't acting like himself when I got home. I called the office and they got him right in. Unfortunately his heart murmur had worsened (Grade 6) and he was working hard to breathe (chf). The time had come for euthanasia. Dr. Baldner was incredibly empathetic and compassionate through all this. I truly felt that every person in that office cared about me and my dogs. I'm not sure if I will get another dog because the loss of both of them 16 months apart was almost more than my heart could handle. If I do adopt or foster another dog Dr. Baldner will always be my vet! Ronda Y.

The entire staff is amazing! They have given outstanding love & care to all of the pups in our household. Our furbabies are always happy to see them, and that's a huge recommendation!

This is hands down the best Veterinary I have been to. DR. Baldner is so caring and only wants what's best for you furry friend. My dogs didn't like going to the previous Veterinary. I would have to pick them up and carry them in. They go in on there own at Paw Chi.. LOVE THIS PLACE🐕
