We are beyond grateful to the entire team for the compassion and care they showed our sweet Kiki during one of the hardest times of our lives. From the moment we brought her in, it was clear how deeply they cared—not just about her medical needs, but about her comfort and dignity. They did everything they could to help her, keeping us informed every step of the way and treating her with such gentleness and love. When it became clear her body could no longer fight, they supported us with kindness and understanding, allowing us the time and space to make the most loving decision for her. Kiki was family to us, and the compassion shown by this clinic meant more than words can express. We will forever be grateful for the care, empathy, and respect they showed our girl in her final days. Thank you for helping her feel safe and loved until the very end.

I will be forever grateful to The Cat Clinic for saving our boy, Batman!!! After visiting another clinic twice, his condition only got worse and we were told there wasn’t much else to do. I just knew it wasn’t his time, so I trusted my gut and sought a second opinion—and I am so thankful I did. I reached out to the amazing Christena, and The Cat Clinic got us in the very same day. Within just one afternoon, the doctor was able to correctly diagnose him, begin treatment immediately, and within 24 hours we were already seeing improvement. Their knowledge, compassion, and urgency truly made all the difference. Thank you Cat Clinic, for giving our boy a second chance. We won’t go anywhere else!

You can tell the staff cares. Had to get shots for a kitten and they understood how to do this with minimal discomfort to the cat. Small waiting room but the cat clinic has a giant bird you can watch while you wait

Very attentive to the needs (and feelings) of the customers... Swift, accurate evaluations from a knowledgeable staff. Sympathetic and empathetic as if every cat were their own. My family couldn't have had a better experience through such an unwanted, sad situation. Solid 5 stars for these cat lovers!

Absolutely LOVE this place. Dr. Rose knows cats. I drive an hour, just to bring both my cats here. It's worth every moment of my time, and every cent in gas. They listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and give your kitty top notch care. 100/10 would recommend 🐾❤️

I had such a wonderful experience at the Cat Clinic of NWA today. I brought in a stray cat I’ve been feeding and hoping to take in, and I wanted to make sure he didn’t already have a family. The staff was so kind, welcoming, and understanding of the situation. They treated both me and the kitty with such care and compassion, and I left feeling very supported. I’m so grateful for the way they went above and beyond—truly an amazing clinic!

Get your quotes in writing!!! We were quoted $350 "out the door" beforehand over the phone (ALL costs included) to have our cat laser declawed x4 feet, and ended up getting charged over $30 extra for a pain patch that was supposed to have been included in the original quote of $350. Over all the service performed was great, but we feel the extra cost should have been included as promised.
