The staff here are amazing! I rushed my puppy in due to an eye injury he endured from another dog and they were so reassuring and acted fast. They were very upfront with pricing and took such great care of our little man. They were very thorough with explaining the procedures and discharge information as well. If we ever have any emergencies in the future with our pets (hopefully not), we will be visiting this facility again. Sending a huge thank you to the staff!

Is like to thank the staff and facility for being incredible with my dog. I rushed him in Thursday night trying to save him. They worked on him all night long and into the next morning. They tried charcoal, IV bags, multiple rounds of medications. If I had to choose any emergency clinic I would choose them again in a heartbeat. They gave consistent updates and were very soft in their approach about realistic outcomes. Unfortunately no matter what they tried, he continued to decline. The veterianarian in the morning cried with me as we talked about end of life and euthanasia. She then cried with me as I said goodbye to my best friend. They let me have as much time with him before and after. There’s never enough time and this all was the worst experience in my life. I’m just grateful to the clinic for trying everything they could and for making the end as easy as they could for both of us.

The saved our gorgeous girl, Stormi’s life. I will FOREVER be grateful to Dr. Crystal and the team for the wonderful care and transparency they had with my family. During surgery Dr. Crystal kept us posted and was very honest in the fact that our pup may not have lived but she did everything she could to make sure she did. Our dog is recovering great and they made recovery instructions very straightforward and easy to follow. We are ETERNALLY GRATEFUL!! Much love from Stormi and the family.

All staff were amazing, we brought our dog in for an emergency and they got him straight back. We were in and speaking with a doctor about options within 15 minutes. Unfortunately we had to use the hardest option of saying goodbye, the staff and doctors helped us through everything with love and tremendous care. To top everything off, they sent a beautiful card with my dogs nose print, this was completely unexpected, but truly the greatest gift. I can not explain how greatful my family is for their amazing care of us and our dog. 5 stars was not enough.

My dog head a really bleak outlook after eating something that got stuck in his intestines. They did an incredible job with the surgery and nursed him to health very well. Communication was great, all staff members were very kind, and the price was extremely affordable. 1/4 the price of other places with equal or better care quality. The world is lucky to have this place.

This hospital was amazing! Honestly, I truly believe there should be a way better word for amazing because they have honestly beat the scale!!! Dr. Crystal operated on my baby Stormi who came in for a bowel obstruction but ended up finding a mass that stopped half Stormi’s intestines. The surgery was very invasive and risky but that was no problem for the doctor. She called me before the surgery, during and after. It was almost like I was there. She saved my baby’s life all while doing it at a reasonable budget. Not like I can really put a price on my baby but sometimes things like this can get expensive and Dr. Crystal helped us tremendously when it came down to that. The rest of the staff were very helpful and were just as amazing. I live 2 hours away and ended up finding this hospital because BluePearl transferred Stormi here for the surgery but if anything were to happen to any of my animals (as I have 2 dogs and a cat) I will bring them here again. Worth the drive and money 100%!!! They all care and take great care of the animals. Thank you all again!! Bless🩵

So thankful for Dr. Schecker at the emergency clinic. My cat was attacked by my neighbors dog and they got him right back immediately. From the beginning Dr. Schecker explained everything in detail and made sure I understood not only the risk factors but the possibilities of good outcomes as well. She was very attentive and kind throughout the entire process. Even when my kitty was being a little "spicy" as they would call it, she did everything she could to make him feel loved and comfortable. She went above and beyond for my Bob-o and I couldn’t be more grateful for vets like her. I worked at Mulford Animal Hospital for 15 years previously and I know a good vet when I see one, and Dr. Schecker is one of the best. Only downside is the waiting time at the clinic itself. It’s truly just like a human ER and be prepared to wait for hours to see your recovering pet as constant patients poor in. But Dr. Schecker never rushed us or made us feel like she didn’t have time to talk or go over things with us when it was our turn for an update or if we called with questions, when I know she had a lot of her plate. All techs were nice but tech Tammy came and introduced herself personally which comforted me to know she cared enough to come and introduce herself as his caretaker when we were in the back visiting. The compassion and love that not only shown to my Bob-o but me and my daughter was top notch. Couldn’t be more pleased with how things went in a very traumatic situation. Thank you Dr. Schecker for saving such an important part of our family! ❤️
