Animal Clinic of Rockford

I would not recommend taking your animals here based on my recent experience. The customer service was highly unprofessional, and I felt treated with a complete lack of respect. I actually had to go back and forth in a frustrating debate with a staff member just to obtain my own animal's medical records. Furthermore, in my opinion, the building facility did not meet acceptable cleanliness standards. If you expect straightforward communication and a clean environment for your pets, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Just called this place and the receptionist declined to take a message for a doctor to call me back and also slammed the phone. Very unprofessional and fake smiles and fake attitudes. They pretend to be all nice and have bubbly personalities. But when you actually ask to speak to the doctor they hang up. Update response to your fake answer: I wasn't asking about prescription drug, anything about the animal's health. I was trying to get general information about the over the counter drug. And your bs part where you "try to raleally hard to help YOUR clients..." means if i offered to pay to speak with doctor you would transfer me right away... you guys are horrible! You are not even hiding that you are just after tge money. Nothing else matter to you...

The staff is amazing. Dr.Patel thank you for doing the x ray on Oreo to see what was wrong n explaining it to me. Rysa thank you for working with me.( Changing my days ) It's all about the babies that come in there. Oreo RIP

Ive been going to this clinic for years. Today, I brought my 13 week old Morkie for her booster shots & a check up. She was extremely calm and comfortable the whole time. They handled her with such care. I dont beleive I will ever change vets. Its a small clinic. Everyone there is very honest & real with you. In the 11 years I've gone here, I've never once felt taken advantage of, lied to, overpriced or sold anything unnecessary. Some places will just run you through your appointment like an assembly line because they only want your money. This clinic is everything BUT that. I trust them completely with all of my pets and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinarian.

Im sad to be leaving this vet as were moving back to WI. They have treated my 2 dogs and my cat like family. Always sweet, friendly and smiling faces ready to love on every furbaby that walks through the door. Dr. Patel is a very knowledgable, easy to talk to, friendly with the pets and just overall actually listens instead of thinking he knows it all. I genuinely am going to miss the staff here. Thank you for everything you have dpne for Phoenix, Clyde, Sativa and myself 🥰💕

We take all of our fur babies here! We have always had great visits! Dr. Patel knows his stuff and always presents all of our options. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly! One of our dogs is very difficult and they always work with us to make it the most comfortable visit possible. I’ve read some of the reviews about the office, but, in all honesty, we bring all of our babies here because we trust them and appreciate their kindness.

Everyone is friendly truly loves animals. They will do their best to accommodate you and they know their stuff. Dr. Patel is very good. He explains everything so you can understand it. He doesn't rush you through. 1st vet to ever show me xrays of my dog who has many issues. I have been coming here over 3 years now. I have tried many vets over the years. Not leaving this one!
