I had a great experience even before our first visit. After speaking with a few different local vets, it was really refreshing to finally find someone who truly listened. Dr. White is who I spoke to & she went out of her way to grab the phone from her receptionist so she could hear our situation firsthand and made sure to accommodate our specific needs. We haven’t even met her in person yet, but we’re already genuinely excited for her to see our cats. That level of care and attentiveness made a great first impression

I had a great experience with Catawba Animal Clinic when they treated my dog Tyger. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was kind, welcoming, and very compassionate. They truly showed that they care about the animals and their owners. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure Tyger was comfortable throughout the visit. The level of care and professionalism from everyone there really meant a lot to me. Another thing I really appreciated was how reasonable their prices were. It’s such a blessing to find a clinic that provides great care without making it unaffordable. And special thanks to Dr. McGinn and Morgan. Dr. McGinn showed so much compassion and concern for our dog. He was very patient, understanding and explained everything to us. We are so grateful for him. Thank you to the whole team at Catawba Animal Clinic for taking such good care of Tyger. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy veterinary clinic!

Great people, nice and clean office. My dog had a uti issue, I brought in a sample the first visit. They found out what it was, gave her meds and I was told to bring another sample back 7 days later. "Don’t worry, we won’t charge you. It’s just to follow up." Did that, and got a bill in the mail for the "free of charge" follow up. Left a few messages, no one ever got back to me. But the collection letter in the mail sure did!

Everytime I go, my baby Greta and I are met with a pleasant experience. My cat Greta is always fussy and agitated when being taken outside of her home, and the vet and technicians always do their best to make her comfortable and calm. Greta is my very first pet I've raised on my own, and I've learned a great deal from these professionals.

I rescued Chito over 14 years ago. So many vet experiences have been negative, he is unique and it is hard to trust anyone with him. But I would drive across the Earth to bring my badly-behaved senior chihuahua to Dr. White. She performed an intense dental for a reasonable cost, and years later continues to adore him, even though he is not friendly. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Catawba as a whole has been amazing over the last 5 years caring for my dog Dixon but most recently Dr.McGinn was phenomenal. We had a very scary, emergency situation with Dixon that was a wait and see and he was comforting, reassuring and gave us a scope of all scenarios good and bad. I felt like he genuinely cared about my dog like it was his own and he was just as relieved as we were when Dixon made it through his incident without surgery or fatality. Thank you!
