I had a wonderful experience at La Sierra Veterinary Clinic. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, kind, and genuinely invested in Bailey’s well-being. They didn’t just rush through the appointment—they took the time to show me how to properly apply Bailey’s medication and walked me through the steps for ongoing care at home. That extra bit of patience and education meant so much. The facility itself was clean and comfortable, and the whole visit—start to finish—took about an hour, which was perfect for my busy schedule. I left feeling confident, informed, and grateful to have found a vet team that truly cares. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend La Sierra Veterinary Clinic to anyone. Yes, they are by appointment only, but it's well worth it. The compassion the staff has for your fur babies is wonderful. Our beloved Roxy had the best care until her end. The compassion end of life care service here was the best. The staff was very understanding they answered any questions. Thank you for your understanding La Sierra; your support has meant everything to us during this difficult time.

I originally took my cat to Dr. Munson when I first got him and she was great then and she’s still great! I have two cats and one has had a lot of health issues the last few years and he recently got the ringworm fungus in his paw and gave it to my other cat. She was my biggest cheerleader encouraging me when I felt overwhelmed by the recovery routine bathing 2x a week, medication twice a day, topical and oral, deep cleaning everything in the house, etc. I do want to follow up on a prior comment left by a reviewer about the front desk receptionists being rude. She was right, but the new employees they have. Rachel and Tori are fantastic. I called quite a few times regarding my ringworm issues with my cats, and they never lost their patience, were always extremely helpful, friendly and good natured. Keep up the great work 🙂

I highly recommend them to everyone. They are so kind and compassionate. This clinic is what all veterinary clinics used to be like. Your pet isn’t just a number they really care. Doctor Munson is the very best.

An amazingly kind and caring staff. They have been taking care of our dog for years and have always taken the time to discuss every aspect of our pups care. The veterinarian, vet techs, and front desk workers are all wonderful people who will treat your pet with love. On our most recent visit, they had fantastic patience and caring with us while explaining our options.

My boy Rupert (toy mini aussie) comes here for all his checkups. Every member of staff is knowledgeable and skilled at handling my little dog. Dr. Munson helped me understand what Rupert has experienced in puppyhood (giardia, sinus arythmia)

I went here on a weekday afternoon because my kitten was not doing good. He fell from a cat tree and had a bloody nose. I was hoping that they could just look at him and tell me if he was ok. They told me that they did appointments only and could not do a walk in for me. They offered me a sheet with some other veterinarians in the Inland Empire (Ontario, Grand Terrace, etc.) I took my kitten to another vet clinic nearby and they were very welcoming and helpful. The cats doing much better now but not because of La Sierra Veterinary Clinic.
