Medical negligence leading to death of 7 month old kitten We took my kitten here for treatment last Monday and was told she had an upper respiratory infection and were given antibiotics with a checkup scheduled for next week. Well we went back exactly seven days later and all of sudden she had fip was anemic and we got charged $750 dollars for the vets to do nothing but give us painkillers and send us out the door literally saying "good luck." That same night we went to an emergency vet and had to put my sweet Cortana down. If we hadn’t been told she just had an upper respiratory infection we would’ve had more time to save her. If you love your animals and want to keep them alive do NOT bring them here.

I am so very picky when it comes to vets and so far I have been so pleased with this location , Dr. Bostrom and all the wonderful technicians. They have treated my furbaby with such love and have been attentive and knowledgeable with my questions, which calms my nerves!

Would rate this place 0 stars. Took the day off on a Friday to take my dog in for an exam. Confirmed the appointment 4 days before. Show up 10 minutes early for my 3:30 pm appointment and the lights are off and doors are locked, no one was there. Waited another 20 minutes after to see if there were any other appointments for the day. Hours say Monday, Tuesday Friday 8am-6pm they are open. Tried calling multiple times and even sent a message through their booking system. Very disappointed with this clinic.

Just amazing! Super easy with my puppy who was super nervous. And the vet answered all my questions without making me feel dumb, which as a girl I really appreciate it. Will definitely stay with them!!

Just had my first visit to this new pet clinic and I couldn’t be happier. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and I felt at confident in the care provided. It’s clear they genuinely cared about my pup and his well-being. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

**Edit to review. Kimberly called me and explained what happened and rectified the situation. We now have a new appointment scheduled that fits our availability. So happy we dont have to travel 20 minutes to get to our other vet. Be careful making your appointment. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday march 7th at 10am through Goodvets website. Online it says they are open every other Saturday. I received multiple text and email reminders about my appointment and was even prompted to confirm my appointment. I arrived at 9:50am, doors locked. Waited until 10am, doors locked. Waited until 10:05am, knocked on the still locked door, no answer. Called 3 times, no one ever answered, just a recording. Waisted half my morning because they apparently cant run their online scheduling system correctly. Will not be rescheduling.

I was very pleased with the warm reception I received walking in for the first time. The staff was so friendly and listened to everything I had to say. They made great recommendations on different products I was considering and were very knowledgeable in each. The facility itself was clean and very inviting. I am definitely taking all my fur babies here and would recommend them to everyone.
