Three Chopt Animal Clinic

The entire team there is compassionate about my pet's well-being. We usually see Dr. Patterson, but have been happy with any one of their providers. The front desk team and all the vet techs never rush us and focus on getting all relevant information and providing emotional support as well! I have never felt that they are pushing a certain level of care for $$. These people work from the heart.

Best way to hear the worst news. Quick with labs and let us hold him in between tests. Very compassionate and sincere and gave us resources to take our sweet boy home for his final hours. Thank you

Dr. Tony is great but the front desk staff specifically Jennifer was rude and needs to learn how to talk to customers. She will be the reason we find another vet office. Sad because Dr. Tony is really sweet with our babies.

This clinic has never been the same since Dr. Lucy passed away. Long waits, never enough vets. Have called several times with a sick pet and been told that the next appointment is in a week - begged and pleaded saying my cat is hurting. No attempts to help at all. Last time I was there they offered to "run a few tests" on my diabetic cat and the bill ended up being $769.00.

Dr. Patterson is wonderful and has been taking great care of my dogs for almost twenty years! I appreciate a supportive doctor who not only cares but takes the time to make sure I understand my Pet’s needs and the best health options for them. Highly recommend!

We lost our dog Cash at only three years old, and everything happened within 48 hours of finding out he was sick. It was sudden, shocking, and incredibly heartbreaking for our family. Through it all, Dr. Tony showed a level of compassion and support that we will always be grateful for. He guided us through each step with honesty, patience, and genuine care. Even in such a fast-moving and painful situation, he made sure we understood what was happening and never felt alone in our decisions. The handwritten card he sent afterward was so thoughtful and sincere. It meant more than he probably realizes and showed how deeply he cares about both his patients and their families. Losing Cash so suddenly was devastating, but having a veterinarian like Dr. Tony and the entire staff there that day made a very difficult time a little easier to bear. We truly appreciate the compassion, kindness, and professionalism he showed our family.

Words can’t express how much I love these guys- any anxiety or worries melt away with how patient and kind they are. Every person I spoke to before and after our dog’s surgery encouraged me to ask any questions I might have and even as opposed to giving a stock standard answer would go in depth to break down the reasoning for things. It helped set my mind at ease to the point I didn’t even bother thinking about any negative ‘what if’s because I knew he was in skilled and attentive hands. My dog wasn’t even scared to walk into the vet or leave me to go into the back because they treat him with affection and attention every time he’s there. I didn’t know how much a burden off my shoulders it would be to see him not afraid but you can really tell they care about the animals they work with. Thank you guys so much!!! ❤️
