Countryside Veterinary Clinic

First time at this clinic tonight and we were absolutely thrilled with the service and kindness at the office. The vet, Dr. Bigler was phenomenal. Adored her. She and her vet tech Zach were respectful of my rules with my SDiT and provided top notch care for him. She did not rush us and explained everything to us. Zach stayed in the room answering additional questions even after the appointment. I am so glad that I found this clinic but particularly that I found Dr. Bigler. I look forward to bringing our other dogs to her in the future

Thank you for working with our toy poodle to help her get her little health paperwork in check for international travel. Dr. Dyer and his staff were very welcoming and kind.

We had an emergency during the snow when our dog ate a small bag of dark chocolates! Dr Dyer and the entire staff were wonderful! It was quite the process. They were so patient and kind. Dr Dyer talked through the options with me. He even checked on Maynard that evening to make sure he was doing well.

Vet was very informative and walked through all of the treatments for my dog. Staff is always able to quickly get me any documents that I need. The vet was also great with my dog.

Countryside Veterinarian Clinic is always such a welcoming place! All of the staff is attentive and well trained. Dr. Dyer Is caring and thorough with his exams. Any blood work or medication is thoroughly discussed and the cost given before agreeing to it. I would highly recommend this Vet Clinic.

Absolutely unfair billing. I signed up for a puppy plan in 2022, which was a 12-month plan for puppies. However, I was charged monthly payments for three years. On top of that, they eventually sent a $100.56 balance to a collection agency. They have been unable to explain where this charge came from or why my account continued to be charged for three years after the plan should have ended. I find this billing practice unfair and unacceptable.

Great experience! It was my first time taking my 19 year old kitty there for a suspected bladder infection. Dr. Miles was very gentle with him and did a great job. I was impressed that they have a dedicated cat room with toys and a cat tree. I'll definitely be going back! (and my kitty is feeling much better now after a round of antibiotics :-D)
