Love the care Jake receives. Special thanks to Dr. Alex and Marcos for easing our concerns about Elwood's upcoming surgery. The kindness and patience I receive when I ask a million questions is priceless. I wouldn't trust my Frenchies to anyone else.

First visit to this vet practice went very well. Entire staff was welcoming and Dr. Johnson was nice and thorough. Special shoutout to the Vet Tech. She explained everything that occurred when they took my kitten back for his vaccine and to treat the rash on his stomach. She also apologized for how long it took even though there was no need to. The fees were reasonable and they even give a first visit discount for newly adopted pets. I’m so glad that I found a great vet close to home.

We recently brought our cat, Arthur, in for an appointment due to ongoing, on-and-off diarrhea, and I can honestly say this was one of the best vet experiences we’ve had. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly attentive. The front desk team was warm and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. The vet assistant was just as kind and created such a calm environment that helped Arthur relax—a huge plus for any pet owner. The veterinarian herself was fantastic. She quickly put together a clear game plan for testing and treatment, and I really appreciated how she walked us through everything step by step. I often leave vet visits feeling overwhelmed with information, but she explained things in a way that was easy to understand and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. It truly felt like we were working together to figure things out. We’ve already completed the first step of the plan since our visit, and I feel confident that we’re on the right path toward a full recovery for Arthur. On top of the excellent care, the office itself is beautiful—very clean, modern, and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like coffee and tea available. The exam rooms were spotless. We will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, thorough veterinary care.

Awesome place! I was able to get my dog in on a last minute appointment when she was in pain. Dr. Johnson and the vet tech were very attentive and loving with my dog. I felt the Vet did a great assessment, diagnosis and offered helpful treatment plan and options. She seemed very knowledgeable about my Frenchie and her condition. Even when I called back with questions they were great to help me with the answers. I will be establishing all my dogs here as we have been looking for a local place we trust.

Always kind and cheerful staff, my dog trusts them and that means a lot to me as well. Everyone I've interacted with so far has been amazing. The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient, the doctors are patient and treat my pup with the utmost respect, and the Techs are very gentle. The bedside manner of the faculty and staff is great, no one has ever been short with me and I feel that they genuinely care about my, as well as my baby's, best interest.

Leslie (at the front desk), Shea (our tech) and Dr Johnson were so kind to my new puppy 🙂 they treated her with love and respect. The front lobby was so cute and the facilities were clean and well kept! Thank you for taking good care of my new baby!

10/10 definitely recommend this hospital. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. The prices are affordable for the care they preformed I’ve gone to other clinics in the area and Monte Vista is a lot more affordable than them.
