EVS Pet Urgent Care of Reno

I have been going through a lot with my pug Frank, and I was extremely grateful for the time spent explaining my options and best care moving forward. The vet and vet tech were patient and took time with. The vet was amazing helping me understand what’s going on with Frank. She didn’t rush, she listened and looked into his past and truly helped me to make future decisions for his best interest. It eased my stress and Franks feeling better. Thanks for taking your time to really help. It makes a HUGE difference in a time of crisis!

I have gone here 3 times now and all 3 times they have been amazing. The vet is knowledgeable and takes her time. The Vet Tech is kind and so gentle with our bunny. Thank you for helping Domino!

My dog needed to be seen for a nonemergency painful torn nail. EVS was available and easy to schedule. He had immediate attention when we arrived at our scheduled time and was seen by the vet within a half hour of arriving. Very knowledgeable vet; with fair and transparent services and prices. Very good experience.

I was able to register online and we had no wait time. They brought us right back to a room and we were seen immediately. The tech and doctor were both very friendly. The facility was very clean and well kept. My dog got the care he needed while we wait for his appointment with his primary vet.

So glad we found EVS! They’re very caring, thoughtful and professional! Prices are very affordable and we didn’t have to wait long! We thank them so much! Much better experience than going to BluePearl Pet Hospital (ER)!!! Truly impressed by EVS!

Our pup started shaking her head on Sunday afternoon. We knew immediately the chances were high for a Foxtail in her ear. It’s been 20 years since we needed an emergency vet visit. I went online and started calling the big businesses first. All of them had a 4 hour wait time with 1 doc on staff. I called EVS next to the Peppermill and they told me within 30 min. It took longer to get there than it did to get checked in and into a room. Our doc was very nice and took Isa back and within 10 min our pup was back with us without having to be sedated and she was able to remove 2, yes 2 Foxtails!! from her left ear, her right ear was clear. Thank goodness for EVS!! The visit was also less than $200!!!

First time that I can say I enjoyed bringing my beloved pet to a vet. Especially a emergency/urgent care. Very professional and thorough. If you need to have pet seen now this is your spot.
