Dr. Burke is absolutely the best vet I have ever been to. I have a Moluccan Cockatoo that is high needs due to self mutilation. Dr. Burke is extremely knowledgeable about avian veterinary medicine and has helped us see massive improvements. We also have dogs and cats, which Dr. Burke and Zach are fantastic with. When we had to euthanize our turkey, Dr. Burke and Zach were respectful and caring. I could not recommend them more.

Dr Burke is the best. You can trust her kind and smart eyes to know what is best for your pet. She stays calm when you aren’t. My husband also appreciated her wisdom and patience. Zach, needs to be commended as well for his top notch veterinarian services. They helped with our aging cat who had nasal polyps and with the end of life care. They will come to your home too.

Ive been trying to make an appointment with them to spay my cat because they advertise low costs. I called and no one could hear me. They gave me a number to text and I didn't get a response. I HAD TO HUNT DOWN THE EMAIL address on their Facebook link tree link. And I haven't gotten a response. Ive left a voicemail as well and I genuinely might just pull out a loan to get it done somewhere else where I can get that appointment

I was traveling on vacation with my dog when he had a medical condition. He was in need of medical attention so we could complete our journey home. We were near Rapid City and I opted to go with TLC Pet Hospital and couldn't have been happier with my decision. The staff understood my concerns and quickly worked us in to be seen by the vet. They showed great concern for my four legged family member. In all total, we were in and out in approximately one hour and i felt like my oet had received excellent attention and care. I was well pleased at how friendly and caring the entire staff was. Being a work in and someone they would probably never see again, they could have treated us in any manner but instead the entire staff was amazing. I even received a follow up call the next day from a staff member wanting to know how things were going. The staff at TLC absolutely are amazing

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I took in my girls for some annual vaccines and the doctor and nurse never once introduced themselves to me as we were new patients. They were very rough with both of my girls and caused them to yelp in pain the entire time. They didn’t come in easy as my girls tend to be a little skittish with new people. They wouldn’t even allow me to hold my dogs to help keep them calm. They yanked them out of my arms and held them extremely tight instead of being professionals. I will not be returning. I’ve never ever had any issues taking my girls to the vet before. If you have skittish dogs stay away from this place!!

I couldn't say enough good things about this facility. I had an emergency with my sweet dog and needed to get her in ASAP. They were kind enough to get me in a reasonable time and help us. The whole staff was amazing. The Dr clearly loves animals and what she does. I live in Belle Fourche, but It would be worth the trip to take her. Very good care and concern for us. I appreciated it so much. It was very comforting to me. When we left, we were so glad we went there. Would do it again, in a heart beat. No hesitation.
