Dr. Chaudhri was very kind and patient. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and treated my dog’s ear infection extremely well. They were able to give me a same-day appointment, and the visit was very quick I was in and out without any hassle. My dog improved quickly after the treatment. The pricing was very reasonable, and I truly appreciated the care and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Chaudhri.

VCA Loomis Basin pulled our dog Clover back from death's doorstep. I was so sure that we were going to lose her, but the emergency staff took such good care of her and made sure that we didn't leave brokenhearted. They were communicative and empathetic, and I will not hesitate to trust them again.

Took my dogs here for an exam, flee medicine and shots. The exam was very quick Vet checked heartbeat, mouth,ears and lungs. Both my dogs have been itchy and the Vet didn't check for fleas. They took one of my dogs back and she came back with a bloody leg and they stated they didnt know where it came from. Ive been calling to speak to the vet as I was supposed to get a call back from him and they keep hanging up. Very disappointed and a waste of money. Go somewhere else.

I was so nervous bringing in my Senior cat for the first time. The staff and team were so kind and welcoming. They were knowledgeable and patient with us. Highly recommend them. 💝

This was a beautiful and clean office. I was walked back right after I filled in some paperwork. The people were so kind, very informative and FAST. I can't thank them enough for making this a quick and painless visit. I will be back again!

Rude! The entire team was rude and unhelpful. Barely looked at my dog and was like "yeah I'm sure she is fine" I told them the whole reason I went there was to make sure she can go to doggy day care....I gave them a list of requirements and said please make sure she has these so I can take her yo doggy day care. I asked 3 times....they said yeah after barely glancing. And surprise surprise...shes still missing one.

I took my senior dog here for a annual checkup and some itchiness, it was a bad experience the veterinarian didn’t touch the dog it look like he was on lunch and was in a hurry to go back, only listen to his heart and that was all, didn’t check his eyes, ears, paws or body for any abnormal going on. Gave my dog some antibiotics and a shot for the itching and a flea medication, when I checked the invoice the flea medicine was more expensive that what it was supposed to be so be careful with that, otherwise I won’t be going back. Is so hard to find good veterinarians that actually care. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
