North Shore Animal Hospital

We recently relocated back to Wisconsin and had to establish our two dogs with a local vet clinic. We have dogs that require a bit of patience from providers for different reasons. This clinic is well-versed, patient and kind. I've yet to have a bad experience and we've been there three times in the past 7 months. I ESPECIALLY like Dr. Melissa and Lindsay. They have worked through two exam visits and extended expert care and endless compassion and patience for my pups. Thanks, North Shore AH Team. We appreciate each and every one of you.

I had been going to Northshore for years. Never had a problem. Then one day I went in to get my dog updated on shots and was getting ready to pay.Said that I was getting the flea and tick elsewhere and the older lady that was waiting on me turned really rude because I wasn't getting them there. The next time I went in to get more Heart worm pills that same older lady with the glasses waited on me again and was really rude. I asked her how much for 6 pills vs 3 pills cost. Her answer "I don't know " I asked how much one was she finally said with attitude. I figured out what I needed asked her for what I needed. She said " there busy right now so your going to have to come back. I said could you see how long because I live across town. She said 15 -20 min never getting up from her chair to check. The other your girl at the counter stepped in and asked what I needed, she went in the back, 5min later came out with the pills. I really liked the vets there. But that older counter lady can go. I will probably move to another vet, because evertime I have to go in there I cringe, wondering if she's going to be at the counter. Disappointed

the staff is thorough and friendly. they address all my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. after procedures, sick visits, etc they call the next day to follow up and see how my pup is doing which i really appreciate! the inside of the building is clean and welcoming. i'm very happy this office is so close to my home.

They cared for our Dog TUCKER as if He were one of their own... Very kind and compassionate staff and Veterinarians. TUCKER had a special bond with their Director Lori and I know she has a special place in her heart for Him...

Will you tell Kat that we had found they scanned it they gave us all kinds of ideas on how to take care of it until the owner could be reached wonderful place. We were very impressed. Very clean and nice.

My second time visiting this animal hospital. Over all knowledgeable staff and friendly. Prices seem very reasonable. Only reason I gave 4 out of five stars was because on a very small parking area, and although they did have handicap parking I don’t think the doors were the automatic opening doors.

I'm glad I took my cat for euthanizing at North shore Animal The staff are very sincere and the doctor takes his time and gives us plenty of time to say goodbye to our cat I really felt very comfortable and I left the place positive me and my family the price was good, most important the stuff very professional and absolutely great attitude I recommend it, Don't ignore any symptoms your pet may have to prevent complication in the Future.
