Animal hospital with Dr. B and his great staff. We appreciate the help you provided our puppy. Thank you for taking the time to go through the exam and to educate us. This is an animal hospital, although they no longer do surgery. Parking in front and we liked that the facility is very clean and professional and that they are on time with appointments. The front desk is supportive and provided us with the medication needed as well.

Everyone from the vet himself, front staff, and vet tech are all amazing. They are all friendly and knowledgeable. We are so glad we chose Hoffman Animal Hospital for our cat!

I brought my 2 pups for their rabies vaccines,they are both 13 years old and they were very gentle with them. The receptionist saw that I was struggling to handle both of them so she brought them out to the car for me

Very disappointed in this animal hospital the way my mother and pet were treated. Customer service was non existent. Front desk staff had no compassion toward my elderly mother and elderly pet. Steer clear. Prices also way too high. Left and went to another place not even 20 mins away with exceptional service. I highly recommend Veterinary urgent care center if you are going through an emergency.

Was able to accommodate us today under an emergency. Friendly and informative staff. Will definitely bring my babies here.

This place is simply THE BEST. Great value -good service, very fair prices, and convenient -walk in when they’re open or schedule ahead. Blows my mind that someone would go to a chain vet, overpay, and be taken advantage of when you could take your pet to Hoffman

I’m really disappointed with how I was treated by Jo, the receptionist at Hoffman Animal Hospital. I called to ask about bringing my dog—who is already a patient there—for a routine rabies vaccine. I asked if it was possible to just get the vaccine, because I think it’s unreasonable to require a full exam when no other issues are present. I said, "I think it’s crazy to charge someone for a full exam when all that’s needed is an updated vaccine." Jo responded with, "No because the vet went to school for 12 years and won’t see your dog without and exam," and immediately followed that up with, "I can’t help you," and hung up on me. As a customer, I was just trying to understand their policy—not argue. Her response was not only dismissive, but unnecessarily rude and completely unprofessional. I expected better from a place I trusted with my pet’s care.
